Com funcionen els comentaris dels clients
La puntuació de cada comentari va de l'1 al 10. Per obtenir la puntuació general que veus, sumem les puntuacions de tots els comentaris que hem rebut i en dividim el total pel nombre de puntuacions dels comentaris que hem rebut. Utilitzem un sistema de càlcul ponderat, el que significa que com més recent sigui el comentari, més gran serà l'impacte en el càlcul total de la puntuació dels comentaris. A més, els clients també poden donar "puntuacions desglossades" per separat en àrees clau, com ara: ubicació, neteja, personal, confort, instal·lacions i serveis, relació qualitat-preu i WiFi gratis. Tingues en compte que els clients envien les puntuacions desglossades i les puntuacions generals per separat i, per tant, no hi ha cap relació directa entre les dues.
Pots deixar un comentari d'un Allotjament que hagis reservat a través de la nostra Plataforma si t'hi has allotjat o si hi has anat però no t'hi has arribat a allotjar. Si vols editar un comentari que ja hagis enviat, contacta amb l'equip d'Atenció al client.
Tenim sistemes automatitzats i persones que es dediquen a detectar comentaris falsos a la nostra Plataforma. Si en trobem algun, l'eliminem i prenem les mesures necessàries contra la persona responsable (si cal).
Qualsevol activitat sospitosa es pot reportar a l'equip d'Atenció al client perquè l'equip de Frau ho investigui.
Idealment, ens agradaria publicar tots els comentaris que rebem, tant positius com negatius. Ara bé, no mostrarem cap comentari que inclogui o faci referència al següent (entre altres coses):
- contingut polític delicat;
- contingut promocional;
- activitats il·legals;
- informació personal o privada (com ara e-mails, números de telèfon o dades de targetes);
- paraules grolleres, referències sexuals, discursos d'odi, comentaris discriminatoris, amenaces o referències a violència;
- spam i contingut fals;
- crueltat animal;
- suplantació d'identitat (per exemple, si la persona que escriu afirma ser algú altre); o
- qualsevol infracció de les nostres normes dels comentaris.
Per tal d'assegurar-nos que els comentaris són rellevants, és possible que només acceptem comentaris que s'enviïn dins dels 3 mesos posteriors a la data de sortida i que deixem de mostrar-los quan tinguin 36 mesos d'antiguitat o si l'Allotjament canvia de propietat.
Els Allotjaments poden decidir respondre als comentaris.
Quan hi hagi diversos comentaris, els més recents apareixeran en primer lloc, tot i que també es tenen en compte altres factors: l'idioma del comentari, si es tracta només d'una puntuació o també hi ha una opinió escrita, etc. Si vols, els pots ordenar o filtrar (per època de l'any, puntuació, etc.).
De vegades mostrem puntuacions externes d'altres webs de viatges molt coneguts. Quan ho fem, ho deixem ben clar.
Comentaris - Normes
L'objectiu d'aquestes normes és que el contingut de Booking.com continuï sent rellevant i apte per als menors, sense limitar la llibertat de poder expressar opinions fortes. Les normes s'apliquen independentment de l'emotivitat del comentari.
Els comentaris han d'estar relacionats amb els viatges. Les opinions més útils són les detallades, perquè ajuden els altres viatgers a prendre millors decisions. No incloguis comentaris personals, polítics, ètics o de religió. El contingut promocional s'eliminarà i els problemes relacionats amb els serveis de Booking.com es derivaran als equips d'Atenció al client i a l'allotjament.
Els comentaris han de ser aptes per a un públic global. No utilitzis paraules obscenes ni intentis crear paraules semblants a les paraules obscenes en cap idioma. No estan permesos els comentaris o materials que incloguin el discurs de l'odi, paraules discriminatòries, amenaces, contingut sexualment explícit, violència o la promoció d'activitats il·legals.
Tots els continguts han de ser autèntics i únics per al client. Els comentaris són més valuosos quan són originals i imparcials. El teu comentari ha de ser només teu. Els allotjaments de Booking.com no poden publicar cap comentari en nom del client ni oferir incentius a canvi de comentaris. No es tolerarà cap intent de disminuir la puntuació d'un competidor a través de la publicació d'un comentari negatiu.
Respecta la privacitat dels altres. Booking.com farà un esforç per ocultar les adreces d'e-mail, els números de telèfon, les URL dels webs, els comptes de les xarxes socials i altres informacions semblants.
Les opinions que s'expressen als comentaris són dels clients i allotjaments de Booking.com, però no les de Booking.com. Booking.com no accepta cap responsabilitat ni obligació per cap comentari o resposta. Booking.com és un distribuïdor (sense cap obligació de verificar) i no qui publica aquests comentaris i respostes.
Per defecte, els comentaris s'ordenen per data. A més, per poder mostrar-te els comentaris més rellevants, s'ordenen per idioma, segons si tenen text o no o si són anònims o no, entre altres. També pot ser que hi hagi altres opcions disponibles per ordenar els comentaris, com ara per tipus de viatger, per puntuació, etc.

Ens ha tocat una habitació molt petita, especialment el bany, la banyera és massa alta i es dificultós sortir. El preu del parking és caríssim, i l esmorzar també.

Comentari autènticTranquil, molt bé situat amb transport públic aprop. El llit era còmode.
La habitació donava a un pati molt lleig, els desaigües feien mala olor, no te bar, les almohades eren molt toves. A recepció no et donaven masses explicacions de tema aparcament a Ginebra, que es força complicat.

La gran dificultat per aconseguir parking del hotel, i la tapa del WC que no quadrava amb la tasca. Paper higiènic de baixa qualitat respecte a la resta del hotel
