the coffee tea facilities were missing. there was a kettle, but no tea or coffee supplied. there were cups but no wine glasses. and no bar fridge which we missed.

The staff were wonderfully helpful. the whole little house we had was access through the little vineyard path which was delightful. the house was comfortable and the bathroom shower was outstanding, in the bath, which was carved out of a huge rock, so a rock bath, with hand shower inside. it needed a rail to get in, else it is tricky and can be slippery. but awesome for us! The breakfasts were very good.

The room could do with some upgrading (damp spots from upstairs, stains on lampshades and dead mosquitos on the ceiling).

Many insects in the room and a very loud group of people with children at the property. Breakfast is quite poor for 20 CHF.

Very idyllic location with charming personality. The place is great for a weekend away from the city. It’s like a trip back in time where you can enjoy nature, wine and great food.

Shower a bit basic. The breakfast was ok but not worth the cost. There was a nightstand with a washbasin that we kept on bumping into and it served no purpose so could probably lose that and have a room with less obstacles.

Serene location, fantastic food and wine. Very comfortable bed, nice balcony. Bike friendly. The ambiance of the room, restaurant and in general was really lovely.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, the room is a bit old fashion but it is part of the charm of the property and it is very confortable. It is very quiet and very easy to access. Our room had a little terrace and we really enjoyed waking up, opening the windows and listening to the birds singing. We also had a dog and it was really convenient for her to have an easy access from our room to the outdoor. Really nice breakfast too, we enjoyed taking it outside in the middle of the vine.

We booked room with extra large bed and got only regular one. Stuff is friendly but sometimes you have feeling they only want to make money on you. Breakfast for 20 Franks per person could definetly be better.

More variety on the menu.

Location superb and a good transit stop heading north or south. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was onsite and food very good. Breakfast offering a good start for the day.

The receptionist was not particularly welcoming nor helpful. She'd mislaid our booking and we were therefore placed in an annex. Two lights didn't have bulbs in so they were not working. I opened a cupboard and the door fell off! We had two teacups and tea bags on a tray but no kettle. We were also informed at check in that it was shut on a Sunday so we could not even get a hot drink or breakfast. In summary, a great location despite the pylons, but in all honesty, there's definitely better elsewhere.

The location is lovely amongst the vines. The restaurant is excellent but understandably expensive. The gentleman waiter was delightful.

The room was not as advertised on booking.com: no balcony, no large bed (the bed was quite short and if you are taller than 1,80 m it is very uncomfortable), different photos, very dark, not in the separate building We mentioned the issue to the landlord, but they were not helpful and said that it was not what they advertised and that they could not give us another room. However, our booking clearly described that our room had a balcony and a different bed and so it was obviously the landlord‘s fault. We didn’t get any compensation or apology by the landlord and that was quite disappointing. There was also not much privacy and we could hear our neighbours (even if they were not very loud).

Nice and convenient location - at best if you have a car (otherwise 7 min walking uphill from the bus stop) Initial check in time was 6:00 pm and the staff kindly accepted an earlier check in at 3:30 pm

Might be a little out of the way for some. But there is a bus stop into town within a very short walking distance. Didn’t apply to myself but worth mentioning for others.

Lovely quiet accommodation. Used for an overnight night stay through Switzerland. Is as rustic as the photos indicate and is exactly as described. Can’t fault and would happily return.
