The London blind on the window needs replacing as several of the lines to pull it up were broken. It needed to be propped up by the window. As a kettle and some coffee/teabags were provided, it would be better if milk or creamer was available also.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, and beds were super comfortable. I liked to see that refrigerator and a kettle were both provided in our room.

The hotel room was spacious enough to fit 3 adults and was clean. It was also centrally located so we could walk everywhere.

The noise level at night was very loud on the road side of the hotel. We were woken during the night on several occasions with people partying nearby in bars etc

The shower head sprayed all over the place and got the floor very wet. Actually, other than that, everything was good.

Very clean and modern. The staff was so kind and friendly! The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and shops. The train was only a few minutes away.

Very clean and modern hotel in the heart of Zurich. The staff, especially Evi are one of the best and kindest I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended.

1) The shower and bedroom is separated by a glass, and the curtain is on the bedroom side rather than the toilet. This means the other party can pull the curtains on you while you are in the shower. 2) The hand towels were consistently not replaced in the room and we had to keep requesting for new ones from the reception. 3) Lift is very small. But better than none. 4) Room size is tight for 2 luggages. 5) There are no self service laundry. They do provided laundry service but it is not the cheapest. Best to prepare enough clothes to last you.

Modern looking hotel with well equipped facilities except room does not come with aircon but fans are provided which is fine. Bottled water provided in fridge in room, and you can refill the water from the tap directly or level 1 reception. Love the Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel! The food is nice and affordable. Near to Zurich Station (about 8 mins walk) and near to Coop.

The staff made our stay exceptional. Breakfast was very well balanced with items for any type diet. The lady who set up the breakfast was very nice, kept everything refilled, and was very nice to everyone. Front desk staff greated you with a smile and were always helpful. Location was near rail station which made getting to sights around Zurich and outside the central city easy. Loved the Hotel. I would stay there again!

The soap/shampoo bottle was attached ridiculously high up on the shower wall - my 9 yr old daughter could not reach it. Also, the bottle was not topped up when we were given the room or during our stay - I ran out of shampoo mid-shower on the check-out day.

Excellent location - a 15 min train ride from the airport, centrally located in the city - walked everywhere without needing public transportation. Pleasant room, comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower. Cannot comment on the breakfast - preferred to buy baked goods at the supermarket bakery (there is a Coop 3 mins away) or walk over to a nearby cafe.
