Laundry is listed as an additional charge, but we were told it's not an option at all! No tissues in room. Shower did not drain well. Balcony only had one chair.

Balcony view was so lovely. Room had a good amount of space. Breakfast choices were quite good. Breakfast room had a cat! :) (For some this may be a negative, as a cat lover, this was thrilling. I got to pet it)

It’s a little bit dated in terms of the style of decor, which didn’t worry us but mentioned in case it is a concern for people

Location was great a 5 minute walk to the lift so that you don’t need to pay for parking at the lift. Great grocery shop 2 mins away. Well equipped apartment for cooking etc. The balcony was really special with a lovely view over the valley. the apartment although part of the hotel is on the side of the building and very quiet. Clean and very spacious. I would definitely come here again. A good price for Switzerland accommodation. My daughter enjoyed the puzzles and kids toys.

Dirty odorous carpet in stairwell & corridor, seen in previous feedback, why not used a quick machine clean yet? Breakfast buffet is adequate but underwhelming.

Good location from train station and to gondola, quick walk to small town centre, nice views, clean room but bit dated, friendly staff. Adjoining restaurant looks nice but we didn’t use.

The breakfast buffet was a bit minimalistic, a bit Italian style. The whole hotel is essentially in need of an overhaul. Everything is a bit run down.

The room was spacious enough and the bed was good. The freshly pressed orange juice was very nice.

The sauna area is really uncomfortable, they don't even have loungers (and I don't have high standards regarding that). Also something I don't mid is that the elevator doesn't work but it may be relevant information for other travellers. The breakfast is not great if you don't like sweet stuff in the morning.

The people working there are really nice. I somehow like the traditional style.

Rather dated decor, which detracts from the overall comfort. Bathrooms could really do with an update.

The hotel was clean and easy to find. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Dinner was tasty, although expensive. We ate bruschetta then pizza in the Italian-focussed restaurant. Breakfast was sufficient.

The elevator did not work, walking up with the luggage to the 3d floor is a warming up for your hiking…

The room had a balcony where you could sit out to drink your tea watching the gorgeous snowy peaks.

It is a bit outdated. The room curtain did not covered the entire window. Very light from the street lamps and sun in the morning. The breakfast room needs an upgrade and the restaurant staff could only speak Italian.
