I didn't like as I got my two rooms not to each other but on different floors and No Lift !!!

Breakfast was disappointing. No free flow of coffee and no eggs. I skipped the 2nd day breakfast

Location is fantastic. Stone throw from zermatt station. coop and McDonalds are 5 mins walk away. Walk to cable car station about 15 mins very nice to walk a lot beautiful houses along the way. Room amenities fantastic, they even provide slippers! Very comfortable bed I slept very well despite some noise, people screaming or talking at middle of night from the alley.

Good location. Staff is friendly. Must try the local Grison food at the restaurant. Breakfast is included. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom. There is a sink inside the room. My room is close to the street which can be noisy at night. The windows are quite sound proof and I slept well with my earplugs.

This is an older historic hotel with 4-5 floors. Not having an elevator was a minor challenge.

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant is excellent and very popular. All of our group of 6 agrees with these observations. The hotel had safe storage room for our bicycles. It was just around the corner from the hotel.

Nice old hotel in a lovely old part of town. Easy walk from train station. We had a shared toilet and bathroom without complaint. The hotel is very old, but is kept immaculately clean. Breakfast was ok.

Location 10 minutes walk from main Chur train station. Hotel is very clean. Some rooms are cramped, but I already knew that.There are sufficient toilets and showers to share. This hotel qualifies for the Chur guest card which got me a free swim at nearby Sand open air pool and gives other perks - have to ask for the card, 2nd time staying here, appears a reluctance to give this card. Breakfast is good 7-10.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a quiet neighbourhood in the old town but close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great. They stored our luggage for us on check-out day.

There is no lift. It's a long climb to the upper floors with luggage. The room is very small and basic, with no fan in the hot weather.

The restaurant and bar are very nice, good place to sit outside in the hot weather. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a good area, about 10-15 minutes walk from the station. The room and the shared bathrooms are very clean. It was useful to have a sink in the bedroom. The bed was comfy. The windows open.

The Manager and her staff were very kind, welcoming and professional. The hotel is perfectly located for the train station, city centre and trails for the spectacular mountains and other wonderful areas surrounding the city. I received a bus pass to use the excellent transport service. There is a nice surrounding atmosphere and the room was comfortable. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.
