Location was great. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We had a meal in the hotel which was great.

Curtains could do with an upgrade.

In the morning that was loud because of washing machines right behind room’s wall and loud speech of housekeepers.

Simple but comfortable rooms in an atmospheric hotel in a beautiful part of Chur with a fabulous breakfast, friendly staff, and great restaurant

I didn't like as I got my two rooms not to each other but on different floors and No Lift !!!

Great breakfast & perfectly located near the train station if you’re going on the Bernina Express.

Location is fantastic. Stone throw from zermatt station. coop and McDonalds are 5 mins walk away. Walk to cable car station about 15 mins very nice to walk a lot beautiful houses along the way. Room amenities fantastic, they even provide slippers! Very comfortable bed I slept very well despite some noise, people screaming or talking at middle of night from the alley.

Breakfast was disappointing. No free flow of coffee and no eggs. I skipped the 2nd day breakfast

It’s a long way to the fourth floor

The hotel was well located in town. The breakfast was decent. Ok for a one night stay.

It was a bit tired and the room we were in had a very wonky floor. It was quite noisy but this may just have been the fact we were visiting when the town was having a festival weekend.

Great location, great value. The rooms were very comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean and no sacrifice because there is also a sink in the room. Everyone was very friendly, and breakfast was great. Good setup for bike storage overnight.

Good location. Staff is friendly. Must try the local Grison food at the restaurant. Breakfast is included. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom. There is a sink inside the room. My room is close to the street which can be noisy at night. The windows are quite sound proof and I slept well with my earplugs.

The Restaurant's food was great. Room is clean and simple.

Area around the hotel is a little noisy. Could use a fan in the room for the warm weather months.

The Staff were amazing, Service & location were spot on! The most comfortable stay we have had on our trip so far. Great food as well. Would highly recommend

Tiny room for one person. Clean but a little run down. The larger rooms looked nicer.

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant is excellent and very popular. All of our group of 6 agrees with these observations. The hotel had safe storage room for our bicycles. It was just around the corner from the hotel.

This is an older historic hotel with 4-5 floors. Not having an elevator was a minor challenge.

Everything is in excellent condition and perfect because I visited this hotel from Denmark but my country is Sri Lanka, So I felt that this is a far ahead than I thought in terms of hospitality. Thank you hotel Fanziskaner.

No nothing everything is ok.

Nice old hotel in a lovely old part of town. Easy walk from train station. We had a shared toilet and bathroom without complaint. The hotel is very old, but is kept immaculately clean. Breakfast was ok.
