There was a deposit when I made the reservation, and the lock was called an air key, so I downloaded an app to open and close the room. There was a laundry service, but you had to register online and pay a fee to use it, which was a bit of a challenge for me as a tourist and not very good at English. I also found it a bit inconvenient that I had to take out the trash myself and that towels weren't changed. There was no front desk, so all communication was done via message. I recommend checking these things carefully before staying.

The room was clean and neat. Kitchen utensils were provided, and the shower and toilet were clean. It was very close to Aigle station, and supermarkets and restaurants were within walking distance, so it was a great location for us who were sightseeing in Switzerland. I'm sure I'll choose this hotel again if I come to Aigle again.

No air con. Just a fan that worked but doesn’t oscillate (it’s broken) so it is a very hot apartment when 30+ outside. Makes sleeping difficult. Fan had to run all night, possibly disturbing for some.

Just be aware there is no free WiFi, but that is not uncommon.

This is a small studio that achieves a lot for its size - kitchenette is well-equipped and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. Customer service from Coucou&Co was good. It was my first time using AirKey but it worked perfectly. Free underground parking is a plus.

Getting into the building was problematic at best. The code for the app was apparently sent through via SMS, it never arrived! Making phone contact was difficult and not timely The email contact, only one email was answered, others still awaiting response. The cleaner fixed the problem. The cleanliness of the bathroom was sub standard. Information about passwords, facilities and that "folder on the table" type of information was buried I links within emails that were difficult to find and often didn't work. The hands off approach to customer service and product in the accommodation and hospitality space is not one that I have experienced before and one that I felt like i was dealing with an after hours service during a normal business day.

The location was good and the facilities also. That side of my stay met expectations.

The door lock is difficult to use at first, but luckily you get used to it. There were only two forks in the apartment and some of the lamps were burnt out. Drying dishes is difficult. There is no hanging place for bath towels. Only one blanket, which does not work if other than a couple are staying. Fairly poor ventilation in the apartment.

It is in the city centre and near the grocery shops. The apartment has a balcony and there is free parking place in the garage. The parking garage has direct access to the residential floors.

Convenient location close to Aigle station.  Not much to do in Aigle, but we were playing golf at the Montreux golf course. Nice facilities. Requested an extra pillow but it was not possible to get one. Staff  from the agency were very helpful.

I hope opening doors with a Bluetooth app does not catch on. What a nightmare! There was no shower gel, so good job I brought my own. 006 is on the ground floor, it does not have a mountain or town view. There is a plant outside the window and can be quite dark inside. The kitchen is kissing a couple of sauce pans, a cutting board and smaller knife for the veg. :) bring your own salts peppers oils and spices and the useful bits and bobs for cooking.

The location is very close to the bus/train station and supermarkets, and not far from restaurants and bars. The bed was comfy. There us a sushi restaurant next door and plenty room for parking underground. The property management company were excellent and very helpful to help me since I booked last minute. The fan inside the room was useful to circulate the air.

The pillows were a joke quite honestly ... take your own. It was very hot so you had the option of window open and lots of traffic noise, or noisy dusty fan.

The apartment was adequately furnished. Good location near shops, restaurants, tourist attractions. It was perfect for our needs and weekend trip.

I only had one fork for two of us and some of the pans are on their last leg, quite noisy if you are a light sleeper but we were right at the front on the roundabout, heating controls not working, so was quite cold but spoke to the head office and they arranged an additional duvet and also for me to get an extra fork so super helpful.

The location was great for my purpose. Room was very clean. Staff on the end of the phone very very helpful and respond quickly to requests.
