I liked the location of the property. It gave us an authentic Swiss village style experience. Clean place and all the facilities were great. Just make sure you come on time and book a table for dinner at the property in advance since there are very limited dining options around the place.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from the room were breathtaking, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The food was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Gadmer Lodge. Exceptionally friendly staff. The location is stunning. Very clean and beautiful interiors. We had dinner in the stübli, which was delightful. Great menu including delicious fondue. The service was outstanding, particularly the young waiter who was great and really made it a special dining experience for our family.

Everything was smooth, the hotel has parking spots, a sauna and jacuzzi (with small extra cost for guests) and a restaurant. The ratio price/quality is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The food at the restaurant is tasty and Gadmen is a good location to go hiking/mountaineering around the Sustenpass.

We have no complaints!

We loved everything about the Gadmer Lodge! It had some of the kindest staff who were also so helpful. It was in such a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. We were able to easily access the Aare Gorge which was a unique easy hike and if we had more time we would have loved to explore Gelmersee/Gelmerbahn, Trift Bridge, and Reichenbachfalls!! We also ate dinner at the lodge which had so many options and was very yummy. We would definitely visit again, thank you!!

Quite small dorms with not tons of storage if all bringing large suitcases/equipment.

None at all, the hotel was super throughout!

Set in a beautiful, idyllic Swiss village on the mountain, the hotel was so clean, and the staff were very friendly. By mistake, we booked a quad room with a community bathroom, and we were ready to pay extra to move to another room with our own bathroom. Staff said no other people on the night, so we can use the community bathroom for ourselves. We saved the money!! The hotel is super clean, and beautiful mountain view on the balcony. This place is highly recommended.

We loved the style of the hotel. It was Clean and modern with a traditional feel. We loved having a balcony and hearing the cow bells. The food in the restaurant was superb and we loved our breakfast. We would have liked to have stayed longer. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice. Hope to return one day.

We didn't want to leave the place because we loved it.

The hotel is very nice, with new and clean facilities, rooms with mountain views, and a great restaurant. We hiked in the mountains, enjoying the sun during the day and the storm at night. The staff who helped us was always efficient, attentive, very friendly! We will sleep here again. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!

Playground for the kids could be improved. Quite pricey (like almost everything in Switzerland).

Modern, very nicely arranged and cozy rooms. The whole hotel is of a high standard and even the dormitory rooms are well organised and offer enough privacy. Food in the evening as well as the breakfast were very good. Friendly and competent staff. Perfect location right at the Sustenpass.
