Location fantastic

Small room

Amazing view from our balcony and fantastic location near train station. Great breakfast buffet.

Minor complaints: Expensive, awkward shower with slanted wall require bath or bending over. Extra charges if you need towels.

Nice quiet location with excellent public transport connection to Interlaken. Hiking trails are starting literally front of the door, but most of the major locations are within an hour reach. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

The shared fridge is a bit uncomfortable.

The Manager, Nikolaï, is very helpful and he always smile to us. He will be one of the reasons why your customers will get back to you or will tell your hotel to our friends.

Location is excellent. 8 minutes walk from Wilderswil train station. The view from hotel room is amazing there is a river flowing and you can see the mountains. It's quite and peaceful area. Breakfast was also nice.

Highly highly recommend this property, was definitely one of our favorite stays during our trip to Switzerland. The room was clean and spacious, overlooking the mountains and the water. I absolutely loved hearing the rushing water from my hotel window. Sheets and towels were tidied everyday and a free breakfast was provided in the morning. Great location in Wilderswil that was right by multiple trains and buses, making it extremely easy to travel to Interlaken and other attractions. The town itself was super quaint and everyone was extremely friendly, including the staff. They allowed us to drop off our luggage upon arrival while our room was being prepped and had lots of resources that detailed various activities to do nearby as well. Also a super cute cat that hung out around the property!

Loved everything about this stay! Nothing to note that we didn't like - room was clean and spacious, proper amenities, good breakfast and friendly staff. The views outside our window was stunning and it was extremely close to the trains!

Bed is too soft. Rooms are very small. Nearby clock tower chimes all hours of the night.

The breakfast was great and if you had an early morning planned the packed breakfast you could ask for was very generous and delicious! The location was amazing.

It was very hot for August, no fan and no aircon made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.

I loved the charm of the place plus the soothing sound of the creek . I had a wonderful balcony window that allowed me to enjoy the surrounding mountains. I loved this stay ! Can't wait to go back!!

It’s clean. They have modern bathrooms. Decent breakfast is included in the price. Also, very friendly owner.

It was clean

The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. The website said double bed, and what this actually meant was two single bed pushed together with one headboard - not a problem but language was misleading and I was not impressed.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Close to the train station.

Bathroom shower was not comfortable. Stingy with towels. Stayed four nights and no new towels. They will give you for an extra charge. Cheap bodywash and shampoo provided. Very unprofessional for the price you pay. Nobody is ever at the front counter. Church bells ringing all night at every hour, 15mins, 30, mins, 45 mins and 60 mins. Rooms and bathrooms could use an upgrade.
