Easy to enter, well equipped rooms, very nice Living room

Too hot in the living room

34 degrees in the room, no air conditioning, only a very small window to open. In 4 days they cleaned the room just once! All this for a very expensive price. Terrible.

Completely person-less check in and check out, which is really helpful for late check ins. Easy parking. Clean rooms. The breakfast/brunch place nearby is a big plus.

For this kind of room and facilities, the cost is a bit on the high side.

Booking photos are not the same the reality is completely different.

The property is right out side a church and the bells go all night was very loud

The hotel is in a great location, the check in was easy but it took us time to find the tablet that is used for it. The room was clean.

The church outside of the hotel rings its bells every 15 minutes all night long:( Also the walls aren't thick enough and we could hear our neighbors snore...

The location was great. There was even a locked room for our e-bikes. It was clean and the shower did not leak all over the place like most hotels do these days. Check out was easy.

Check in was not so easy. We tried to book on the website which did not work. We ended up booking through Booking.com and then there was confusion over payment. We had to send emails back and forth and re do the payments directly to the office. There were other customers that had the same problem, so it was not just us. It is fine when no one is there if things run smoothly. We were a bit frustrated with this part. Everything else was great!

Cost, bedding lovely. Plenty of tv stations.

No lift. No lights on spiral staircase. No mirror in room. Parking limited at front of hotel. No staff on site.

The location is wonderful, the staff is super helpful, the support team on the phone are absolutely amazing and quick to help. The rooms are clean and cozy. Loved it.

The bathroom was fine.

1. There is no staff in the accommodation. 2. Check-in and check-out are all done by ourselves, and if you have any questions, you can only contact us by message. Even the cleaning staff was not seen. As a result, we have never been able to clean our room and ask for insufficient towels. 3. There is no air conditioner or fan in the dorm. We stayed from June 25 to 27, but when we sent a message asking for a fan because it was too hot, he told us to open the window saying there was no fan. When we opened the window, it wasn't cool, but only bugs came in. 4. It was too noisy because the location of the accommodation was next to the car and the church clock tower was right in front. The clock tower rings every 15 minutes, but it rings all day, so we couldn't rest comfortably. I've traveled a lot, but I've never had an accommodation with such worst service. It was very unpleasant.

Very clean. Check-in and check-out very smooth since it's automated (may be a problem if you're not tech savvy)

The room was a sauna. Imposible to sleep. The window was extremely small. Very noisy, next to the road and to a church that rung the bells even after midnight. You can also hear the other rooms. The bed was just OK. No people working there. No reception whatsoever. You must install their app to check-in if you arrive after 10pm.
