Very picturesque and beautiful. Well sited for access to the local town and cable car to the top of the mountain. Family who run the hotel are exceptionally helpful and friendly and made the stay very enjoyable.

Authenitically Swiss accommodations with outstanding views, wonderful food and a terrific staff.

Amazing hosts !!!!

Everything the location, the friendliness of the hotel staff and their caring manner with their guests. Nothing seemed too much trouble. It was like staying w The Swiss Family Robinsons! Also, eating outside in the evenings was really lovely w the mountains as a back drop, simply delightful

Maybe a bathmat in shower as surface quite slippery & rooms quite small. However the view from window made up for pretty much everything!

In such weather it is desirable to have an air conditioner, you can open a window but you invite flies to spend the night with you ☺️

Charming property, beautifully furnished and in quiet location with spectacular view.

Gabie was delightful and very helpful prior to arrival and during my stay. I found the owners, however, unfriendly and for a small property with few guests they made no attempt to acknowledge or communicate with me at all at breakfast or over the 4 night stay.

We have been travelling the world as a family with our three kids for more than a decade and this property is one that we will never forget for all the right reasons. Every room has a mind blowing view of the most beautiful mountains I've ever seen. The family room we booked was perfect for us. It had lots of space and lots of beds (about five beds upstairs alone and a separate bedroom downstairs). I could have stayed a week, easily. The hosts are super friendly and the restaurant is really great. Mostly, I'll remember how it felt staying here. It was a beautiful feel. Location is amazing if you don't want to be in the tourist trap areas. The hotel is in one of the most peaceful places I've ever been. WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK.

Almost nothing negative to say at all. The only thing I would have preferred is a double or queen in the main bedroom, rather than the two singles pushed together but I can easily overlook that small thing for how incredible this property was.

The place is quiet and beautiful rural. The employee, Gabie, was wonderful in dealing with us and she is also a skilled cook who makes very delicious dishes. Thanks . Worth a repeat visit

Staff was friendly and helpful. The view was very nice.

This hotel is best for a visitor with local activities (e.g. skiing, hiking). However, for a couple exploring the broader area, the location is not convenient - switchbacks to the location removed from the lake level.

Location: was reasonably good. Staff: I only interacted with one member of the staff and she was very polite and the interaction went very well. General: The apartment was very spacious. We were 5 and we had been told to use the mattresses in the attic but we did not use it and instead used the sofa bed and even without using the attic we were able to accommodate our self. Nice view from the balcony. Internet also worked fine. Playing area for the kids in front of the accomodation.

Cleanliness could be improved. It seemed initially that the apartment was not cleaned up before we checked in. Facilities: Utensils in the kitchen can be supplemented. Microwave and toaster was not present. Bedding was not very comfortable. General: An adult cannot stand up in the attic so we decided to use the sofa bed instead of using the attic. Thankfully we had this option available otherwise sleeping in the attic would be difficult (the height of the attic was not very clear in the pictures). During the summer, you may have to keep the windows open during the night to regulate the bedroom temperature.
