- The sauna's operating hours (16:00-19:00) were quite limited. I would appreciate extended hours. - It would be helpful if the description mentioned the additional costs for parking and pet accommodation before making the reservation.

- The breakfast was excellent. - The rooms were comfortable and clean. - We appreciated receiving bowls and a blanket for our dog—a thoughtful touch. - The self-check-in process was convenient.

Rather poor selection on the breakfast (and the same every day). It’s a B&B during the summer months, meaning all the facilities (bar, restaurants, spa treatments) are closed, no one at the reception after 6 pm so the hotel feels empty. Parking is the extra charge.

New hotel, very nicely decorated, great location, spacious rooms, very good spa area. For 4+ nights stay, mountain lift access is free.

The location or rather the things around the location could've been better. There were only 2 restaurants nearby and one was closed during my stay. The next was either 20 minutes by foot or you had to drive to St. Moritz.

Facilities (sauna,pool) were great and the room itself was very comfy and decently sized, considering that it was one of their smaller rooms.

For the price of the stay I would have expected more variety/selection at breakfast. We booked a room with double bed but instead we got two single beds joined together. Expensive parking with no indication of the cost during the booking

The reception is closed in the evening; we had difficulties accessing the wifi and no water in the room, but nobody could help.

The hotel is nice; it has a good location if you visit Saint Moritz. Excellent breakfast. We got an upgrade, and the room was wonderful.

Property is located in Champfir, about 2k out of St. Moritz. Lovely location, and actually I prefer in many ways being out of the center of things. Only issue for us was dinner…. off season only one restaurant open in Champfir, and it is open just a few days of the week, and has a Michelin star. If you have a car, no problem. If you don’t you depend on busses (which are excellent and dependable) but reduce frequency at night. Hôtel has 3 restaurants but they are only open December-March, winter season.

Fresh, modern elegance, spacious room and bathroom with innovative, subtle lighting details, beautifully appointed. property is magnificent, sprawling underground hallways leading to pool, spa, saunas. Breakfast included is of highest quality local breads, fruits, yogurts, grains, eggs, meats and cheeses.

The breakfast choice was more akin to that of a Youth Hostel than that of a Hotel wanting to serve the luxury segment. It was good, just very simple, maybe overly so. Furniture is very modern and timeless, lacking a sense of cosyness and feeling slightly out of place in the alps. It feels more like an anonymous, modern city hotel than a mountain retreat.

The place has a large spa, is in a good location with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The place is very clean and reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Limited working hours during the bed&breakfast. Stuffy, no very clean air inside the hotel. Parking is CHF 15 and we were not told at check-in.

Nice modern hotel, that during high season is a 5* and during low season a bed&breakfast as restaurant is not operating, but there is breakfast and swimming pool is open.

- Being charged extra for scrambled eggs at a bed and BREAKFAST. (Ultimately dropped from the final bill but after a not so comfortable conversation) - Worse pillows ever. - Not having a real king sized bed in a suite room, which becomes worse with the 2 single duvets. - Tasty breakfast but lacks variety. - Had to do some cleaning in the room ourselves before using drawers in the closets. - Tacky interior decoration. - The whole booking process was not clear enough about what services were getting cancelled as the hotel switched to a BB from a 5*. Acually, that itself was not clear from the beginning. - Location is not central and with the lack of shuttles, renting a car is recommended as taxis are very expensive. Having the bus stop right in front of the hotel is a plus, and the whole service works without a minutes delay, but you lose a bit of freedom. If you end up going without a car, due ask the reception for a recommended taxi number, who provides a swift service at chepaer rates. Nothing really special about the hotel as a BB. Cannot say anything about their 5* season.

The ladies at the reception were the only positive thing about the whole hotel. They went out of their way to provide answers to our questions.

Its way overpriced.. the indoor pool is only open for a few hours a day... fortunately at 7pm it was already closed.. does not make sence it would have been so nice after tracking to have a relaxed swim.. not much staff is around they try to save money everywhere and still charging a suoer high price

Piscine & Spa are close only 3 hours per day. The room we had was different as the room we see in our reservation … The noice from works near the hotel in the morning.
