Beautiful views from the room and the restaurants. Fantastic food, lovely friendly staff, and an incredible room with hot tub on a private terrace. Hot tub was the perfect way to end each day of exploring the big walks and epic views. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you!

Outstanding hotel, everything about this hotel is first class. Staff exceptional lovely warm welcome and great hospitality. Complementary cake everyday Rooms had everything you needed. There is a laundry room to use the iron. Did not experience the fine dining as it was not available the evenings we stayed. Restaurant was open with lovely food had a pasta dish from the specials board. Breakfast was the best we’d had on our trip. Fabulous selection hot or cold. Free bus travel right outside the hotel. Train station short walking distance. We stayed three nights and did the Top of Europe one day and Grindelwald first the second day. Both fantastic days and highly recommended.

There should be more breakfast options available. An iron should be provided in each room instead of requiring guests to go to the common laundry room — the iron there is very small and doesn’t work properly. The room gets hot at night, and the air conditioner only works if the outside temperature is above 20°C, which makes it uncomfortable for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional — everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking views from the room, which made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Picked a low budget room which was probably a mistake as it was small, on the road and had no balcony. Sauna and steam room not hot enough.

The sleeping pillows were a bit flat and there was only two of them on the bed. I didnt use the decorative pillows because i wasnt sure how clean that was. The shower cabinet design was a bit odd because after every shower it would almost flood the whole bathroom area. You will need to be very careful to not splash any water outside the shower cabinet.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast option was very fulfilling.

The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. The staffs were very welcome and friendly. Breakfast and spa are nice. We felt really relaxed and happy. Definitely want to stay there again.

The staff were super nice and polite and happy to help out with any concerns or needs. Breakfast was wonderful - the view of the mountains from the hotel was absolutely breath-taking. Room was super comfy. A wonderful place to stay. Thank you Justine and staff for making our stay at the Glacier a memorable one. I will definitely be coming back.

The room was quite pricey as it was very small, if the room was about £500 for two nights, it would have been perfect knowing its Switzerland.

The one & only downside was the hotel being so down the hill it was away from the town & night life. However the bars in town were so tiny & packed that we felt as though we didn’t miss out on anything. However the walking did give us the chance to take in the beautiful view in all different ways rather than transportation. Also the hotel offers a buss pass which comes every hour & if you truly need it a shuttle ! So again not terrible.

I loved how the property was always so clean, felt very cozy and that the staff was always so friendly & accommodating! Also the breakfast selection was the best breakfast we had in a hotel, we looked forward to it every morning !

Exceptional service all around. Staff was always attentive and ready to provide high quality of service. The Spa was really nice , loved to watch the Mountains from the Jacuzzi and from the Restaurant’s windows while we were enjoying a wide selection of Breakfast. We did not choose to fine dining however the Food and service in the Bar was just as professional . Our Room was daily prepared with fresh towels etc. and it was really clean. The Place made our stay special.
