I would have appreciated getting a guest card which would have provided discounts to things in and around Lucerne. In particular, I think it would’ve provided a discount for the ridiculously expensive trip to Mt. Rigi. Also, it would’ve been nice to have local information about where to eat for example, the discounted food available at the ass-bar with day old pastries. I would appreciate whatever a self check in place can do to provide information to their city in light of the fact that there is nobody to ask a question of: about events, how to find an authentic restaurant that doesn’t overcharge…etc As well as some information about how to operate the actual property. There’s a lovely skylight directly over the bed. I did not know that on one of the poles in the middle of the room was the switch to close a blind over the skylight. So the first night I had city lights coming in directly over the bed. It seems the standard bedding involves a very warm duvet, suitable for it being 50°, which is not helpful in July when it is already warm. There’s not a lighter weight option to have a bed covering suitable for it being 70° out. This location is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station

No air conditioning. If you opened the windows it was crazy loud and we were provided earbuds on our bedside tables. Angled walls not good for tall people. Limited cutlery & cups/glasses. Hot plate covered and a note was put on it that we didn't get that included. Quite a sterile environment.

Close to central ville. Lots of communication from the hotel before and after. Super clean and comfortable. Cool design. Link to Lucerne travel card for free buses in town. Check in was easy when all directions were read. Coffee refills! Thank you!

Self check-in was not my favorite aspect of this hotel. I tried checking in several times before getting to the hotel. It was not intuitive and kept taking me in circles.

We had an issue with the sink drain in the kitchen but to be fair we contacted the staff and they came and repaired it within a few hours.

The apartment was nice spacious and despite the warm Lucerne sun stayed relatively cool.

There were a few reviews about the dust and the heat. It was a bit dusty but it was fine for us, the heat they can’t do much about. They provide a massive fan.

Booked this place when we were in a jam. Absolute life saver, such a gorgeous place. Very good value for money in the location it was in. Don’t hesitate to book. I really liked they thought about things like noise and heat, provided earplugs and fans.
