it's not clear what this dash guest is trying to say. I even got my native Spanish friend to give me an explanation who was as lost as I was!! However I still think I need to make a comment or two whatever her griveneces are! she got a private room for 60 chf in a prime location where as our closest competitor sells a capsule room ( which obviously is not a private room ) at 120 chf. There are always ill informed guest who lack a basic understanding of the market to make a meaningful assesment of what they have been offered against what they have paid. This is the summer season and there are no rooms available for reasonable prices anymore. A private room is going at 200 chf and above. we still keep our prices low and offer a fairly comfortable private room. one only needs some degree of literacy to make a reasonable assesment. there is no cure for stupidity or for unreasonable expectation people harbor having paid a pittance. so I advise my prospective guest to disregard this review (if one could figure out what her complaint is in the first place) as a meaningless ill informed comment. Book my room and you would be delighted you got a such a good deal unless you are as poorly informed and utterly unremoved from reality as this guest is.
