The location was perfect for us as we were checking our son into the school close by. Wonderful balcony view. Appreciated the Nespresso. Directions to check in / out of the property were easy.

Breakfast should not be mentioned as part of the deal as it was rather a morning snack rather a breakfast. First floor room should have a fan if not a/c.

Though one thing I would say is the owners brought their relatives and friends over, whilst we were renting it out and we assumed solely it would be two rooms for two or so guests, not a full house of people until 12pm or so, which was rather late and disruptive.

Property was lovely especially with the view that was provided for Room 2. Very simple key process to get into your house and each room has their own locks. Towels, hairdryer and all other basic necessities were provided, food was also included with coffee, butter, cereal, milk etc. Well enjoyed and good value for money for what was paid. Interactions with father of the owner were nice, very friendly.

The owner of the house, despite being very font to cover everyone's needs on the point, had some communication issues with his familiy members (cars were of and on parking in our spot). The room has central heating but when it was slightly cold he brought us IMMIDEATELY a small heater which did the job excellent and we are really thankfull of him for that. House is in the nature so unexpected guests arrived like a medium scorpion, which made our last night a little bit irritating due to staying on edge if anything else joins in our room (Really clean place though).

Was amazing position in the town, really cozy place with a position to park the car right in front of it. The house has an amazing view and the whole system to get to your room feels secure enough despite staying in a full equiped house with shared places!!! Really clean place with a lot of antiques!!

Breakfast was pretty stingy that involved just coffee/tea, toast and butter/jam. I find it very insignificant and not worth mentioning in a booking. The grocery store will suffice that the property offers as alternative.

A bit complicated opening/locking the main door, but Théa showed up just in time to help. Also, it takes some time for the hot water to arrive in the shower, but that happens in a lot of places.

Ground floor room with access to a fully equipped kitchen, quiet area several km from town centre, free parking on site, very good WiFi.

*Certainly need a fan for hot nights. With window open it is a bit noisy and still quite hot (but this is a heat wave for Switzerland) * wifi kept going to sleep if we didn't consistently use it so we had to keep going down stairs to wake it back up *Would be helpful to have a printed page with some simple information such as location of closest grocery store/pharmacy/take away and some recommendations for the area.

An amazing house in a wonderful and silent area. Close to downtown ( walking distance). The fact that there was a garden, kitchen available to use was perfect. Loved this location! The owner was super nice and very helpful.

Beautiful house and garden. The room was very clean and we felt right at home. It has a private bathroom and a window to the peaceful garden. Great location to explore the broader Lugano region and for walking the Hermann Hesse walking trail.
