Location was excellent for me and close to amazing places. Breakfast was good.

For what I paid, it was adequate. Very outdated, like 1980's style. Very small room, but I was only passing through so that was OK. Beds were ok, but I would not call them comfortable. No toliet in room, that is a shared facility. The shower head did not connect to the wall (broken) so you just held it above your head. Overall felt tired and used.

Good location to climb Furka pass early. Nicely sized room. Clean and quite. Staff was very helpful. Everything was as expected in Switzerland.

The room was nice and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Everything was great as previous stay

Staff were friendly and accommodating, they spoke English so we had no issues communicating. The room was comfortable and clean. The mountain view was excellent. Location was really convenient as we were exploring the Grimselpass area on a motorcycle. The Complimentary breakfast was a big plus too. The restaurant had good food with a nice view and great service!

Wish there was a hairdryer

There was a stuff she is absolutely like my grandma. They treat so well. Break cleanness room heating everything was superb. Even the hospitality was 10 out of 5

The hotel had a good breakfast and a polite waiter.

The hotel is old, the doors are shabby, the chairs on the balcony are covered in pigeon droppings, there is no toilet in the room.

This is one of many small hotels in Switzerland that have not benefitted from investment for many years yet charge top money. Switzerland charges sky high prices which you do ot find in neighbouring Austria. This hotel badly needs updating : for example, there is no aircon, most of the rooms do not have a private bathroom, and there is no lift. We were lucky to get one of the few rooms with an en-suite bathroom. It did not appear clean and fresh, mainly because everything was old and had not been improved. We imagine it would have been exactly the same back in the 1980s ! Today, travellers expect more for their money !

Very friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble

The location of the hotel is a good one if you want to quickly reach the cable car from Fiesch. We rented 2 rooms with a large terrace and a very nice view. It's a good option for a night, especially if you're traveling with a dog (like us).

The property needs renovation and furniture replacement. The rooms do not have adequate soundproofing, so any noise from the adjacent rooms can be heard. They do not have their own bathroom, but only a shower and a sink.

An old house with common toilets and smalll rooms. At least we had a nice view.
