We put out the sign to have our room made up the 2nd day, but no one came and we had to go to the reception to get toilet paper.

Very helpful and kind staff, excellent location, big room with confortable bed, big balcony with stunning mountain views.

Big room overlooking the mountains. Very cosy and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were very good. A small sauna is a plus.

The receptionist only spoke german. Our room was occupied by someone (who was taking a shower ) and hence we were downgraded to a smaller one. We got a bottle of wine to compensate but I would have expected a discount

Hotel only has 1 parking spot with 15 min limit. Was blocked for whole night and morning. When asked at the reception, I was told ‘it is car of the boss’ - well Dear ‘Boss’ - if you only have one parking space, please dont block it during the check out times when people hope to be able to pick up their stuff. Maybe you could also walk those 2 minutes from the parking lot. But otherwise all great.

One of the staff members we encountered during our stay was extremely rude. She treated us as if we were foolish simply because we didn’t speak German. While we had no issues communicating in English with her colleagues, she insisted on speaking to us only in German, looking at us with an attitude that made us feel as if we were the ones at fault for not understanding her. I found her behavior unprofessional and inappropriate for someone working in customer service. This same person also denied our request to have our meal in the room, even though the menu clearly stated it was possible. Again, she spoke to us in German, so we couldn’t understand the reason behind her refusal. The water in the pool was a bit cold, but the spa was clean and well-maintained, with towels available for guests. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing—it looked nothing like the photos and was very limited. It definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Great location—just a short walk to the thermal baths and supermarkets. Although the building is a bit dated, the room was clean and tidy, with comfortable blankets. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was wonderfully hot. We found plenty of clean towels in the room, including two small ones for the face. The balcony was absolutely stunning, offering a beautiful view of the mountains, and there was a convenient little table where we could enjoy our meals outside. The young woman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, even offering tips on things to do in the area. She also explained how to reach the parking area. Since there are no free parking spots nearby, we left the car at the Conad parking lot, which is just a few steps away.

The smell of the diffuser in the bathroom was a little overwhelming and it was a little awkward that we were on the ground floor with no tinted/fogged windows so we had to keep our shutters closed all the time.

Staff were really friendly, the sauna and pool were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable although quite slippery.

Bit noisy when people (staff even) talking from room to room in the afternoon. I get people have to communicate but I think conversations could be quieter and within rooms with doors closed. Also doors slam a little and noise vibrates through the walls . Could do with decoupling from frames if there is a refurb. The other thing that is a shame is that the lobby and bar/restaurant are disconnected . This makes the lobby small and also there is nowhere to sit comfortably read, work in the evenings. A first step would be to have some unset tables and offer simple bar snacks/drinks. I took my laptop/ book to a hotel down the road as I felt more comfortable there.

great location and the staff were friendly . The facilities were great too. Loved swimming and sauna every day. Good value for money ( revamping everything would push the price up so I don’t mind the slightly older decor). Great size bathroom.

Room was quite small with a 140 cm (instead of standard 160 cm) wide double bed. If you're tall or "overweight"...not easy to sleep, especially since one side is stuck to a wall. Aeration in bathroom quite noisy. Room was over heated for us...but did not see how to bring the temperature down. No parking for cars, need to park at Rathaus parking (CHF 14.00 per day).

What brought us here is the affordable rate compared to Swiss standards. Obviously we wre not staying in high season...so the prices were down,. Hotel is well furnished, with a great inside swimming pool at good temperature (would estimate 29C) ...excellent buffest breakfast, WIFI ok. Coffee (Nestcafé) + tea + water free of charge in room. Short walking distance to almost everything.

The children of the people in the next room were noisy in the evening and morning. And in the bathroom, a large spider came out near the bathtub.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Good location. There are an indoor swimming pool and sauna. In the room, there are a kettle and a mini fridge.

Nothing to dry swimsuits and bathrobes, it will be better with cloth dryer in the room.

The hotel was good. Bed kingsize, the room is clean and comfortable. View is excellent. Swimming pool and sauna open 24 hours. So you can go in sauna or swimming any time. Swimming pool is not small, there is enough space for swimming.

Unfortunately there is not parking in property, so we used the public ones, but as the streets are under renovation it was quite dificult to reach them. One thing I would improve is the tables of the apartment, they are quite old and damaged.

Location is quite good. Very good breakfast and the staff is very friendly. Having a pool and sauna is a plus.
