The location a bit far from train station. But it’s not an issue if you self-drive

The room does not get cold enough in the summer. That’s really my only complaint.

The property was beautiful, well located and well kept. The breakfast was also amazing! But the best part of the hotel was easily the staff. Dani was incredible from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He gave us great pointers and always made us feel like he was truly invested in our happiness and enjoyment of the trip. The rest of the staff that we interacted with were also great including Antonio in the morning and Victoria. Everyone was great and they really helped make our stay magical.

Some noise between rooms - not major issue.

Location, views from balcony, breakfast, Japanese restaurant excellent (catered well for allergies). Lovely place to stay. Short bus ride into main town

Very minor - but would’ve preferred 2 pillows on the bed, one hard one soft, as the pillows we had were both quite flat and firm.

Breakfast was exceptional, a great way to start the day. Convenient location next to the bus 121 that goes directly to Grindelwald station. Hotel is very new and clean and has free laundry services too which was a great bonus.

Since the buses don't run past 6pm, we had to use the hotel's taxi service twice. I was surprised how expensive it was given the short drive between the hotel and the town.

The vast array of breakfast offerings was impressive...and quite tasty! Room was clean, attractive, and functional. Surroundings were very quiet. Nice escape from the activity in town. Staff was awesome.

I love everything here. The hotel is fairly new. The lobby decoration is very pretty. Though the room is small but very cosy and clean. I enjoyed spending my time at the room balcony. The bathroom amenities are by Thann. Very good toiletries choice.

Bit of noise from other rooms but not major issue. Compact space but well designed.

Magic views & great staff. Quiet as a bit out of town (short bus trip). Top breakfast & lovely Japanese lunches and dinners! View of Eiger was amazing!

The property is at the further end of town and up a hill . It was a difficult walk with our luggage up to the property from the station, but we did expect this. There is a local bus but it stops after 7pm in the evening, so be prepared for lots of walking after dinner etc!

Modern clean and lovely hotel. We loved our balcony with views over the valley. The breakfast was great, and it was a bonus to receive a free bus ticket for town.

This accomodation was INCREDIBLE! Although it is at the top of the hill you can usually catch the bus back up if you don’t have a car. The staff were so friendly asking us about our day and providing us with all the details to support us on our holiday. I would stay there again 10/10

I can't think of any improvements, but just be aware of the hotel location a bit outside the main area and an uphill walk and make sure it won't cause you an issue. Like I said, the hotel location was a plus for me!

I loved the cleanliness and newness of the room and hotel overall. It was a great view from the room. Breakfast was great also. It was further from the main tourist area so not as many people walking by, which was a huge plus for me but could be an issue if someone doesn't want to walk as much. I mostly walked to and from the bus station and train stations, but you could easily hop on a bus if you timed it right. I'm pretty sure they offer parking and the lot wasn't too full, but I was travelling without a car so it didn't affect me. Staff was also friendly and great!

The parking is limited and the ongoing conversation about the limited space makes the topic uncomfortable. I personally think if managed it can fit all necessary cars.

Is a new property so all facilities are in very good condition. The location is nice due to being a little away from the village center agitation but still 20 min walk. You get free bus tickets and the stop is just in front of the hotel. The accommodation has stunning views. They have rituals products and all smells super clean at all time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and you have a great nespreaso machine in the room! There is a Japanese restaurant on site as well.

Great place with comfortable, amazing interior and top quality service. It’s convenient because it has parking too and easy access by bus to all ski terminals around. Breakfast spread was fresh and local. We loved our stay!

Room size is small with minimal storage space. For some guests, the hotel is not in walking distance from Grindelwald station; to walk would take about 20 minutes or more uphill. To make up for this, there is a regularly scheduled bus which stops in front of the hotel from the morning to about 6:45 pm. Hotel does not offer a microwave which could be good for those days when you want to purchase food from the Co-op rather than eating in a local overpriced restaurant.

Clean, and friendly staff with a good breakfast buffet. Hotel offers a washer and dryer which guests can use for free.
