No basic amenities. I booked two nights but stayed only one. Advertised as apartment but very very far from being an apartment

Location and ease of check in.

Duvet could have been bigger, though apartment is v warm so not necessarily needed. Shower head holder was broken.

Cleanliness and best for the price

One standard size fan will be good plus contact number in case of any issue

There was no way to cover the skylights/windows.

The location was good and the room was spacious

There was no AC in the room, there were hair in the sheets and potentially bed bugs, no room cleaning service and the kitchen items were dirty

The location was very good, close to the Zurich HB and Sihlquai Bus station. The property was very clean and the check-in was very smooth as well. There was a private bathroom and toilet in the flat as well.

The room was very small. Given the hot summers in Zurich, there was very little ventilation. The room had a large window but there were blinds which were closed. There was no fan or air conditioner either. That made it feel stuffy. Also, given that we had a week-long stay, we expected the room to be cleaned at least once during the stay but it wasn't done.

I made a reservation by mistake different day and they didn’t change it and I couldn’t cancel. Call center never help and take off the phone on my face. They don’t have a receptionist be careful. There are 2 Indian restaurants bottom of the hotel and everywhere is smelling because they are always cooking.

Not clean , not-climatised, very noisy neighbors and road, disrespectful neighbor

No ventilation except opening the window to the sounds of heavy traffic half the night and ladies or the night and drunks till dawn. Called contact number 4 times no answer,texted hotel twice. Electric wires a mess power for the TV hanging by the cable. A control for window blind smashed and held together with tape, no instructions. Thin walls and erotic screams from rooms around better than a blue movie. Broken mirrorframe addeto the ambience allong with a vandalised "artwork over the bed. A duvet big enough for two would have prevented from using the bathroom towels as bedding. Told by locals this is a red light district.wilbe writing formallyfor a refund

Easy to find. Clean and comfortable.

Wet room design not good - water escaped to easily, door and skirtings showed signs of water damage.

Great location close to transport and shopping. Plenty of choice for restaurants and bars. Nice and clean and plenty of toilet paper. Hot running water. Lift to the 5th floor. Self check in worked fine.

Bed was a little spongy. Adjustable Shower fitting did not stay fixed to the wall and the shower head gradually swivelled towards the wall. Room had a lot of noise as it faces the street.

Good location, easy access to transport. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby.

I was on the 6th floor which had no curtains or blinds on roof window but otherwise the room was good.

Good location, not far from the tourist busses and main train station.

It was very hot in there, with no aircon, one room had a fan but it was not working. Very noisy too location too.
