Breakfast staff needs better training on food allergies and they were most of the time in the kitchen. Pool opened only at 09.00, many people like to swim in the early morning

Lack of kettle in the room and no way to have hot drink late evening. The smell in the toilet. Kids were complaining about comfort of the sofa bed and was very noisy when they were turning at night.

Amazing view, great location Pool was great addition but unfortunately there was no pool ladder in the shallow end just deep end which wasn’t ideal for kids (kids friendly hotel)

We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the train station, groceries and souvenir store. It has a nice park in front. The breakfast was fresh and good.

The restaurant and bar were obviously short staffed in the evening as the same small number of staff were having to manage both. This meant that there were long waits to get served drinks at the bar and some people just gave up waiting.

The property was centrally located and close to the railway station, shops and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

The swimming pool was OK, provided one swims outside busy hours.

The manager who checked us in was most helpful and ensured we did not have to change rooms between our two bookings for adjacent nights. The view was very nice. The sofa bed in the living room was wide and comfortable for our son. The apartment had plenty of shelving and hanging space.

A couple of teething problems when we arrived were resolved and the staff went over and above to make up for it. Huge room with views over the mountains, the breakfast was great and the spa was lovely. Rained all the time, but that's not the hotel's fault!

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this hotel! The staff was truly incredible — anything we asked for was quickly taken care of and ready in the room. What made the experience even more special was how well they treated our dog. He received such thoughtful attention, with his own big comfortable bed, two bowls (one for food and one for water), and even some treats. It felt like he was just as much a guest as we were! The room itself was very spacious and perfect for our family, with a lovely balcony to enjoy. It was calm and quiet, making it easy for everyone to relax. Between the amazing staff, the pet-friendly touches, and the comfort of the room, this was one of our best hotel stays. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows they were too soft and uncomfortable.

The room was very spacious and comfortable beds. In the perfect location and breakfast was lovely. Spa and pool amazing. I highly recommend this place.

We were on floor 7 and can't complaint about that. But breakfast can be improved for vegetarian options.

Absolutely perfect location to visit Mt Titlis. 5 minutes walk to train station and 12/15 minutes to Titlis base station. Customer service was excellent and we were delighted with room. We believe it's one of the best locations for Titlis and view from hotel was astonishing. Clock room to store luggage was definitely plus point.
