We enjoyed the use of the spa facilities. The room was very big and spacious with a mini bar. Location is a 5 min walk from the local train station, with shops nearby.

United KingdomElectronic key did not function on our late return to the Hotel - it took quite a long time for this to be sorted since there was no one at reception. The lady at breakfast was not helpful and somewhat abrupt/unhelpful which was unfortunate - she made us, and other pople from Wales, and UK feel uncomfortable (we are multilingual so it is unlikely it was just the 'language barrier'"Manieren machen einen Menschen aus") The hotel itself was very expensive for one night - perhaps they were cashing in on the Euro's being held nearby.
Location of the hotel was good for commuting to nearby St Gallen for the Euro's. Parking was convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, with plenty of space & well presented. The breakfast was good once we had understood how it was delivered/presented. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful, as were most staff, and we were made to feel most welcome.

LuxembourgStaff was not co-operative not even available during our stay. The restaurant does not belong to hotel so there will be parties for public or companies so you cannot avail services if restaurant is booked. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. We couldn't sleep well for three nights. The check out must be before 11am, if you delay they will charge 50 Euros extra. Moreover, the receptionist entered our room in our absence while we were doing breakfast and she knew that we are in the restaurant. We could not understand the purpose of her visit to our room without being informed or asked. When we asked the purpose , she had no answer and fully embarrassed.
