Great room with an amazing view to Jungfraujoch. I would've liked to see more fruits and vegetables at breakfast, but other than that I was very happy.

This is stated in the description of the hotel, but the hotel is a bit far from Interlaken OST or Interlaken West. About 20 mins. Which could add additional wariness for those who do not have a car. Just a heads up for other guests

The breakfast was great! Switzerland prices for food is known from being on the pricier end, so we appreciated having a nice meal before heading off to the trails. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the AC! The room could certainly be warm without it. We also appreciated the mechanical blinds as well. I truly feel like this accommodation was well worth the value and would book again next time!

We had a late check in and the staff were extremely helpful in getting us checked in on arrival. The stuff are so friendly, hotel is very clean and cosy. The hotel is right next to multiple bus stops which is great for getting around and about 15min walk from Interlaken West Station.

The property was lovely, quintessentially Swiss and yet modern facilities. Rooms had plenty of space and were so comfortable. We loved the property. Staff were so obliging and helpful. More than happy help with luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator due to age of building, The breakfast was delicious and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious and very reasonable. Rooms were air conditioned and having access to washing machine, drier and iron for a few francs was great. Location very handy…. Bus stop right outside. I would highly recommend Hotel Hirschen.

The room was clean upon arrival however during our 5 day stay, it was not hoovered or vacuumed at all. I do think that this needs to be introduced for stays above 3 days, as we were 3 people in one room and dust, hair and lint started building up quite quickly despite only being at the hotel at night and in the mornings and being out pretty much all day. Aside from that, everything else was great :).

I went to Interlaken in May 2025 and the location of this hotel was excellent, being only 10-15 minutes away from the city centre, very close to local grocery shops like Lidl and Co-op. The rooms and beds were really comfy, and the hotel itself is historic and has a beautiful interior and exterior. Breakfast in the morning was great, they had different hot and cold options to choose from and there was a decent variety including a coffee machine and teas. Everybody else at the hotel was also respectful so did not expierence any difficulties in that regard. The location was in a quieter part of town, also with beautiful views. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel!

Great location, just about the same distance to both train stations. A great additional free bus ticket from reception on arrival which didn’t realise we got! Nice long beds, cushions were a bit too soft but was great to have aircon with the high temperatures on our visit! Good selection of food for breakfast, would definitely stay here again.

A nice very old Swiss style Hotel, clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms and good parking facilities. The restaurant serves great Swiss style meals.
