A simple clean room in a great location above a cosy pub with a laid back atmosphere.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom is shared, but it is not a problem. The location is perfect, very close to the waterfall. When I was booking, i was warned that there might be noise from the pub, but it was fine. You could hear people talking in front of the pub but it wasn't loud. Maybe if you visit at the weekend it will be noisy. Just in case, bring a pair of earplugs. They have large parking that was empty when I was there. But keep in mind that it might be full. Also the road to the parking is very steep

The shower room wasn't on the same floor as my room and the WiFi wasn't fit for purpose but no deal-breakers.

It's in a fantastic location and the food and drink are reasonably priced, considering the area. It was very clean and comfortable.

During the night, some crazy ladies that were staying at the hotel, probably drunk, were talking very loud in their room, but also in the corridors. Very annoying, but bot the hotel’s faut. They were just not polite guests.

Bathroom with shower was on another fl, it’s ok to have it outside your room when you book the one with no bathroom, but another fl is a bit too far :) The room where you can leave luggage after check in didn’t have any lock so anyone could come and take it

Best location, got the room with Staubbach fall view - the main reason I came there. It was a dream to wake up right to this fab view! Close to cafes/shops, approx. 10 min to the station

Everything is so good. Room is nice and clean, enough space inside the room for a family of three. We reserves a room with shower and sink inside. Outside toilet also easy accessible. Food was delicious. Easy to access to the train station and coop supermarket just 10 minutes walking distance. The scenery is magnificent from the windows. Staubbach fall is also at the vicinity. Really nice stay and hope to come back.

The street noise heard up to late night (12:30am); we need to open the windows for air and thats why we hear them all.

Location and staff (Miles) and the sink in the toilet. I also like the laundry service. I like there are towels and shampoo in the bathroom. Also like easy check out.

Noise of customers from the bar in the ground floor. But to point, it is tolerable. Hope there is electric fan because June is hot season already and there is no ac. Majority of Switzerland hotels have no ac but some offers fan.

Mile (staff) is fantastic! The room has its own sink and faucet - very helpful. Their laundry services is a big one - they wash and dry for you. Supposedly, the clothes are folded too but ours was given not folded. The location is just steps away to Staubbach Fall and church, and bus to Stechelberg. It is about 10-min walk only to Lauterbrunnen train. Check-in until 12:30 am is relieving as we arrived past 10pm. They also have kettle, hanger, adapters and cups.

This was the best price point we could find. We loved having two rooms as a family and the shared bathroom for the floor was kept super clean. It is a pub downstairs so there is noise but the views out the window and the comfortable beds are perfect for hikers and walkers and all who want to explore the area! It is clean and priced perfectly! none of us wanted to leave! We are so thankful for our stay at this little bit of heaven!

It can be quite noisy at night due to the pub downstairs but I came prepared with ear plugs so wasn’t too much of a problem. I would stay here again regardless!

It’s right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen and the town is very walkable. It has a beautiful view of the Staubbach Falls and is great having the pub downstairs if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The location above a pub has its drawbacks- the building was fairly old so soundproofing was poor, and people spilled out of the pub around midnight and continued loud conversations on the pavement below my window until late into the night - not great when I was getting up early to get the early train up to jungfraujoch. So I didn't get a lot of sleep. It's also annoying to not have an en suite bathroom, although I knew this when booking. Breakfast not included.

The location is stunning - I could see the staubbach falls from my window. The room was comfortable and it was handy to have a pub downstairs, with good value food and long serving hours. The price was good.
