Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Private free parking. Sink in room. Within short distance from Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen.

Our stay was disappointing. First, our room was not in the main building, rather in a hostel annex. Our room was small, on the 2nd floor with very steep, tight stairs. It was hot, and a fan was not available (if it had been, they would have charged 10 francs per day). We did not feel welcome to sit on the terrace under the trees for a drink in the evening. We felt it was over-priced for a hostel-type room with a shared bath, a detail we had overlooked in the description.

A nice breakfast was included each day. Bed was comfortable. It was a charming hotel for those staying in the main building. Guests are given a welcome card which enables free transportation around Wilderswil and to Interlaken.

I went during the summer, and the room was hot during the day; late at night was fine...and there is no fan or refrigerator in the room. I guess in the winter will be fine.

The breakfast was good, and the location was near the train station, parking was available for vehicles at no extra charge, and the restaurant is very good.

No Airconditioning maybe not good during summer to have a comfy sleeps, shared toilets, no lift, required manual key all the time

Feel the local living in the small village of Swissie! With alps views, nature feel but easy access to downtown with bus and train connections to landmark, also accessible by foot!

It takes 10 minutes walk from the Wildersswil station to the hotel if we fail to catch the bus and not willing to wait in cold wind for another half hour. What's more, the bar providing hot water is too dark in the evening and the switch buttons are hard to find.

The breakfast here is nice and tasty. Although the shower system on my floor went wrong on my floor in the first night, the owner deal with it quickly next day. I'm willing to come here for another day in Switzerland.

Corridor is pitch dark.. corridor light recommended( sensor or otherwise). Bathroom not heated. No wash basin in top floor bathroom. The Staff who checked us in could improve her people skills but the others in reception were very warm and extremely welcoming.

This hotel located around 700 m from Wilderswill train station. It is easy to find but You need to walk a little up to find the hotel. If you have heavy luggages you can take bus no 105 which will stop near the hotel. It is difficult to find the chalet at first. It is located behind the hotel. We arrived at midnight and need to find the entrance door for a momen. The hotel has give a information letter and also map of the chalet but we were too tired to pay attention about it after a long journey (and it was dark also)

The chalet is clean and warm. The bathroom also clean. Comfort bed to sleep. The services is excellent. The woman in reception desk is really nice and helpful. staff in restaurant also so nice and friendly. They know how to treat the guests well :) Hotel gave us free pass for train and bus around interlaken. We can store our luggage for a while after check out:)

It was hard to know where to go when we arrived. Google had a struggle, or we had a struggle with google!

Knowing that we would like to have private restroom facilities to share only with our group, they made it happen. The apartment we stayed in was 400 years old and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Breakfast was amazing! Every member of the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Thank you again!

You need " cash" for the tourist tax. Newly arrived in Switzerland hadn't had the opportunity to get any but thankfully found ten Euro in my bag.

Authentic and exactly as described. Breakfast was the best. All home made products.

Quite noisy floorboards, could hear every little movement from the floors above us. Quite expensive for 2 nights although keep in mind Switzerland is generally expensive.

Easy to find and very close to bus stop that allowed us to access Interlaken within 15 minutes. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and included in the price, staff were super friendly. A short 10 minute walk from the Wilderswil train station that enabled access to all major locations around Interlaken e.g Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald etc.

Amazing breakfast and service! We could taste some local products. Many fresh food on the buffet. Clean and cozy :) Two ladies who take care about guests - good job!
