How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We weren't informed that you have to pay for the car park additionally. You have to pay additionally for the towels for the spa area every time you want to have them changed. Kids shouldn't be allowed in the spa area where sauna was located, in theory it was a rule and it was written od the doors, but no one cared. First of all they were loud and secondly we felt uncomfortable sitting naked in a sauna with kids.
The hotel is great. it is located right next to the ski bus stop and the ride to the ski lifts in Flims takes around 5 minutes. There is a car park available, but you have to pay for it additionally, we were a little bit surprised about it since no one told us about it when we were checking in. The spa area is very nice however is is composed of two parts - the first renovated area with a few sun beds where a pool is located and the second one where there is a sauna, cold bath and a few more sun beds.

Massive pillows were unsupportive. Otherwise excellent.
Very clean, swimming pool and sauna included. 2 bus stops from Flims ski lift (free bus).

Due to our own oversight, we booked the duplex room and the stairs to the upperdeck with the bed is quite narrow and steep. But that's on us, On the positive side there was no squeking or any noise as the construction might imply. The roomes ver perfectly clean and the bathroom in itself exceptional. Parking was superconvenient albeit a wee narrow if you have a bigger car. Breakfast untill 1030 is very nice and quite extensive. The Pool was perfect. Couldn't test the sauna since we didn't stay that long. Thanks to the team!

The rooms and the view is really good. The pool is nice for a morning swim. The location was perfect. And the breakfast was high quality and delicious

The hotel lacks a bar/lobby area - somewhere to sit in the evenings would have been lovely.
Location is superb, the rooms were comfortable and clean and breakfast was good

The ventilation in the bathroom is not really efficient
The position is excellent, just two bus stops from the cable car. The parking lot is always a plus

Slight lingering smell of cooking in my room Difficulty navigating rather cramped car parking
Location close to the curling center. Comparatively large rooms with balcony, comfortable beds, enough cupboard space and small cooking corner. Pool looked nice, was unfortunately not able to make use of it. Very warm and friendly and accommodating reception

Extra 120 CHF for my 7 year old daughter to stay with me when I had booked a double room. Extra 4 CHF for pool towels. Underground parking without lift. Dirty ski room. Unfriendly personel just saying no to restaurant reservation hours (only at 18h or 20:15h, both too early or too late for families) and restricting pool usage (“adult only after 18h”). I used to stay here often but seems new “management” has destroyed the good intentions and added extras to everything.

Extra charge for bathrobes even for hotel guests. It’s not a big deal, but it feels like it shouldn’t be.
