United StatesI wish breakfast would have started earlier, I skipped it so I could catch the first cable car. There is a parking garage across the street but I would be nice if you didn't have to pay extra for it.
The hotel was beautiful and the view from my balcony was stunning! The bed was so soft and comfortable. I got discounted tickets to the thermal baths and cable car at the front desk.

FinlandHad to pay extra 10 CHF for a bathrobe and second towel for a visit to a therme/spa. The room was extremely hot even without the main heating on (perhaps came from central bathroom heating) and had to keep the balcony door open all night to be able to sleep.
Very comfortable bed and a great view to the mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good. The stuff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The hotel had a great offer for the Gemmi cable car day pass and the Leukerbad Therme. Location is good for the Torrent cable car and a 15 min walk from the Gemmi cable car, and 10-15 min from the bus station and supermarket. Overall very happy with my stay.
