truly a dream come true. My husband and I studied architecture in school, and we had always dreamed of experiencing the thermal baths at this hotel. To top it off, we were thrilled to find that we could choose a room designed by an architect we knew about—what a special bonus! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the staff’s warmth and hospitality—they made us feel so welcome. The thermal baths are an absolute must-see and must-experience! The room was beautifully designed, with stunning wood paneling, and the view… wow! We had a front-row view of the breathtaking Alps, which made our stay even more memorable. For dinner, we dined at their 2-Michelin-star restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend. Breakfast the next morning exceeded all expectations—it was phenomenal! They had every breakfast food you could imagine, and it was all delicious. Overall, we would absolutely love to come back here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

The town is small and quiet, it is a great getaway from the busy cities. The thermal baths are absolutely amazing and a wonderful experience - staying at the property meant late night and early morning swims before the baths are open.

SwitzerlandWe ate at the Red restaurant. The food was really good, but the price of the food and especially the wine was absurd, even for Switzerland. Still, the staff so was friendly, that in the end it kinda evens up.
Staff was so friendly and helpful and the Tom Mayne room was just incredible. The Therme were as expected great.

Saudi ArabiaThe therme, was amazing. The food was great, the staff was very very good. The location is perfect, and if you do visit, please make sure to visit in winter with the snow around the building.
The main reason for visiting 7132 was to enjoy the thermal baths, and they were divine. The room, however, was quite disappointing. I chose the black room by Zumthor, and it seems that there have been modifications made to the room, which did not work with the theme of the room, and did not add any comfort. The lamps were all different, with no central control, the toilet door was transparent and did not provide any form of privacy.

SwitzerlandSpa treatments are really too expensive. For instance, 180.- for a 60 minutes massage is exagerated. Breakfast could be more varied due to the standing of the hotel. The bar is also too expensive (18.- a glass of white wine (1dl) and the atmosphere is a bit uptight.
Rooms are small but it is a real experience. Thom Mayne's black room is amazing with it's glassy yellow shower and it's view on the montains and the thermes. Thermes are outstanding. You feek like evolving in an impressionist painting depicting the montain and its changing light. The access of thermes by night (11pm-1am for clients of the hotel only) enhances a romantic atmosphere. Da papa restaurant is really good and tasty.

SwitzerlandThere was one massive problem, we went out at night to smoke a cigarette (from the hotel lobby) and could not get in after from the same place and no one was around. We thought that’s a big failure and there should at least have been a sign saying that. Walking outside in this weather with our pj was a big downer. Also the facilities are a bit out of date and could use some modernization. Beside that things were great.
Loved the staff, super nice. The breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was fine (we expected a bit more to be honest). Architect is beautiful of course, the view is flawless. Again the staff was your Forte (:

NetherlandsSaturday was too crowded. The price of treatments is somewhat too high. Eating in the local restaurants in the village was much better experience than staying in the hotel.
The place is just amazing. Thermal baths are beautiful. I feel like I got 10 years younger in 3 days at the place. The hotel is connected with the baths by a bridge, so it is very comphortable. Staff is very friendly and nice.

United StatesMy only comment, the beds were a bit hard, it was a Japanese inspired room but I’m used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress due to back issues. I was going to ask if they could provide a topper but didn’t want to be that annoying guest either, but perfection would have been a softer topper in the bed.
Like? We loved this Hotel in stunning village of Vals! We extended our stay because 3 days was not enough and it was so worth it! The hotel, the spa, Silver their 2star restaurant, all amazing. We hiked everyday and returned to soak in the thermal waters of the spa. We came to relax and recharge our batteries. I barely looked at my phone, Thank you!!

United Kingdomthe newly architects designed rooms are really beautiful, BUT for those that do not like small rooms, they are super small, built in the 1960’s the rooms are simply a part of history in sizing. this means that you need to go with an open mind and you will be ok.
