The architecture is unique, the spa is fantastic and the food is amazing!

The rooms do not have basics like fridge/minibar or boiler for a tea, for example.

truly a dream come true. My husband and I studied architecture in school, and we had always dreamed of experiencing the thermal baths at this hotel. To top it off, we were thrilled to find that we could choose a room designed by an architect we knew about—what a special bonus! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the staff’s warmth and hospitality—they made us feel so welcome. The thermal baths are an absolute must-see and must-experience! The room was beautifully designed, with stunning wood paneling, and the view… wow! We had a front-row view of the breathtaking Alps, which made our stay even more memorable. For dinner, we dined at their 2-Michelin-star restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend. Breakfast the next morning exceeded all expectations—it was phenomenal! They had every breakfast food you could imagine, and it was all delicious. Overall, we would absolutely love to come back here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Very nice location, excellent restaurant and spa facility. Also very nice and helpful staff.

The room was nice but for the price I would have expected a few additional amenities, e.g. a mini bar. The rooms itself are very modern but the hallway to the rooms could be refurbished.

The room was clean and comfortable albeit a little on a small side. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming and highly accommodating. The town is small and quiet, it is a great getaway from the busy cities. The thermal baths are absolutely amazing and a wonderful experience - staying at the property meant late night and early morning swims before the baths are open.

This is a must for every architecture lover. The therms make the whole experience otherworldly. Excellent service and I should say great value for money Don’t take the phone to the thermes, you won’t regret it, it’s a very rare experience

Air recirculation instead of air conditioning in the architect room, but I guess it’s only the case in those warmer summer days

The service was extraordinarily good! The food also very good overall the restaurants.

The rooms are way too tight. The shower is a transparent cubicle in the middle of the room. Rooms were hot but if you open the windows it is very noisy (there was a wedding the whole weekend). No TV. The furniture in the public areas is high quality and design, and very uncomfortable.

since the shower room is not compartmented, moist fill the entire room after shower. still nice though :)

The ceiling in our room had very poor acoustics as we could hear the footfall of the person staying above. It was very annoying.

Staff was so friendly and helpful and the Tom Mayne room was just incredible. The Therme were as expected great.

We ate at the Red restaurant. The food was really good, but the price of the food and especially the wine was absurd, even for Switzerland. Still, the staff so was friendly, that in the end it kinda evens up.
