Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe staff seemed incredibly uninterested in being there. A major lack of warmth; it almost felt we were inconveniencing them them by checking in. I get that budget is in the title, so maybe that's all they can afford to hire.
The location was great for our purposes. Came into town on the train - 10 minute walk; left from the airport - 10 minute walk back. So for a quick overnight "transfer" stop it worked great. It was also very convenient to get into town via bus. The tiny little room was sufficient for a quick overnighter.

The room was small but clean, and the hotel had a nice vibe for an Ibis "budget" hotel. Very good for a short stay of one or two nights. There’s a bus right outside that goes straight to Geneva center and the airport. Walking to the airport takes about 20–25 minutes. Breakfast was surprisingly good!

CanadaSpace is tight for 3 people for extended stay. We opted to change over to ibis Styles (on the other side of the same building) for more personal space.
Proximity to airport and train station (free transit pass from Geneva tourism). Short bus ride to downtown Geneva. Room is minimalist design. Great for short stay (e.g. pit stop before going to airport)

CambodiaIm not quite sure about the city tax, which i was requested to pay another city tax (45 Swiss Franc) again when check in, event It was included in my payment via Booking.com. So is it double payment for city tax?
All are very convenience to my expected stay and travel in Geneva during meetings. Distance from Ibis Budget Hotel to Airport and public bus are very convenience, just few stops and bus run punctually.
