Staff were very helpful, we turned up earlier than expected on our first day and just wanted to leave our bags at the hotel. The kind gentleman at reception found out if our room was ready and kindly let us check in early. The waiter during the evening was very attentive and polite. Food was good, even though the selection wasn't vast, and wasn't overly priced. Even my daughter enjoyed it and she is extremely fussy.

Pillows were just not firm enough. Had trouble sleeping on such a flimsy pillow.

WiFi connection, poor to nothing at all at all times. I asked the reception but nothing changed. Also, the Transit recipient has not sent/shared before arriving at the Hotel, even though it was supposed to be shared when the booking is done.

We booked a twin room and weren’t given the right room at firsts This was quickly rectified and we were given a correct room that was ready. The main lights also didn’t work at first in the room but this was also quickly solved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Location of the hotel is fantastic with easy access to everything.

The 1 thing this hotel could improve is by providing some basic needs in the rooms i.e fridge, tea facility and an iron. If this was provided then it would a perfect 10/10 hotel.

Good hotel in a great location near bus station. Helpfull staff. Room was clean.

The room is a bit small for 3 persons when the sofa bed is open. The Wi fi signal was bad.
