WiFi connection, poor to nothing at all at all times. I asked the reception but nothing changed. Also, the Transit recipient has not sent/shared before arriving at the Hotel, even though it was supposed to be shared when the booking is done.

We booked a twin room and weren’t given the right room at firsts This was quickly rectified and we were given a correct room that was ready. The main lights also didn’t work at first in the room but this was also quickly solved.

The 1 thing this hotel could improve is by providing some basic needs in the rooms i.e fridge, tea facility and an iron. If this was provided then it would a perfect 10/10 hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Location of the hotel is fantastic with easy access to everything.

The room size was a little small. It felt cramped for the 3 of us. There was very little space were to place the bags.

We had dinner in the restaurant area. Food was good and service was friendly. The location was convenient close to the train station and close to the old town and lake.

A bit of an uphill trek from the centre, although there are frequent free buses. Our shower was a bit broken - water sprayed in all directions, but the other room we had for our family was fine. The A/C in one room was effective, the other room on the sunnier side of the building was too hot.

Modern hotel, as you would expect from Ibis. Good breakfast buffet with vegan milk and options. It's cheaper if you book it with the hotel room rather than when you arrive. Free travel in Geneva with a pass issued by the hotel in advance of the stay.

The only issue was parking. Think they had a car park but it was full but we were able to park over the road for free when a space became available.

Good value hotel with good size rooms. The location was out of town but that was reflected in the price. There was an excellent bus service into town which was free with the Geneva travel card available to all tourists. There was a reasonably priced restaurant. Can't remember the breadth of the menu but we enjoyed what we had the evening we arrived. We didn't have breakfast, opting instead to go to a nice little cafe called Só Mel, diagonally across from the hotel.

No WiFi in the room during my complete stay. Fortunately enough, WiFi started working in the lobby a few minutes after I arrived (it was not working before). I was not warned about it when checking it, I had to find out in the room. I think this is not acceptable today.
