Location is a bit far out from Zürich but you pay for what you get. No AC. Toilet door is going outwards wich takes space from the room.

Good breakfast and a nice breakfast area. Night curtains both on the outside and on the inside.

The room did not have a small refrigerator and the breakfast did not have much variety.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a good design. The curtains were designed to block out light and provide a comfortable sleep.

Facilities are way too basic even for a 3 star. No tea/coffee in the room, no mini fridge, no telephone to call the reception. Strictly minimalist, I'd call it a 2-star+ not really 3-star hotel, for the price we paid.

Extremely kind customer service by the receptionist, very helpful at all times. Clean rooms and premises, parking facilities are convenient.

The hotel is infested with silverfish, I saw it everywhere: my room, stairs and breakfast room. I stayed for two nights and my room was not made next day.

The room and bathroom have a good size. Location was good. Breakfast simple, but good.

The room is well-maintained and excellent for relaxation. It features a desk and comfortable furniture, and the terrace offers a beautiful view.

The breakfast was very basic and mostly empty plates although we weren't late for breakfast. Cucumber was old and soggy. I wouldn't add breakfast next time.

Great room size. Very clean and comfortable for one night on the drive though. Very close to the freeway. Free underground parking which was great.

They charged CHF30 for extra bed which was not mentioned on booking.com so not fair presentation of prices!! The extra bed was so uncomfortable as well! There was no ventilation system at all which was so suffocating!!

Printed menus for take away restaurants able to deliver available in the hotel. The lady on reception never the less had this covered and helped arrange our meal so a very minor point.

The lady on the reception could not have done more for us. Absolutely outstanding service delivered with a smile. Breakfast was OK but the questionaire a little bothersome. Again the lady attending to the breakfast room was very attentive. Particularly liked bowl and blanket for the dog.

Great place if traveling with a car, and want to visit Zurich by tram/train.

The bed wasn't queen size as written, but two single beds next to each other, which split if you try to sleap close to each other. They start cleaning the rooms really early (before 9), so you really need to put on your door the "do not disturb" sign if you dont want to be waken up. There was no locker for any valuable things.

The room was big enough and clean. The location was good and easy to find, very close to public transport and Tivoli shopping centre (you can find everything you might need there)
