The location is very central only 5' walk from the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. You will find everything you need right below you since the hotel is located above a shopping centre.

Great location just 5min from the train station. Lots of shops (grocery stores) right next to it as the hotel is placed on top of a shopping mall. Amazing breakfast - they also organized gluten free bread for us. Amazing service and very attentive staff! Great price value! If you’re looking for a great hotel in the middle of Uster - then it’s Illuster!

We liked everything

Room was super spacious with a balcony. Bathroom had a bathtub and strong water pressure and hot water which was very relaxing after cold days outside . Breakfast was tasty. The hotel is in the supermarket/mall type of complex which was convenient if you needed anything and it was extremely close to the train station. I would definitely stay again

Our 7th floor room was comfortable with a pleasant balcony and very nice views. Breakfast was all you’d want in a pleasant dining room. All staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated right in the centre of a shopping centre and is very convenient for the train and bus stations.

Connecting to wifi was quite difficult on one of our devices. At breakfast, refilling the consumption and cleaning the tables showed temporary difficulties by the curly haired waitress who was visibly unable to smile,specifically giving the impression that she doesn't like her job. .. It was also typical that, in the absence of house rules or management, lonely people sat down to breakfast at the 6-person tables, with whom one would not necessarily want to eat at the same table.

Breakfast variety could be better. A lot of things were missing. Also the rooms were not really soundproof. I could hear someone from the nearby rooms blow their nose.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location couldn't be better, right smack in the middle and very close to the train station. Great base to explore Uster on foot and the region by train.

We have used this hotel in the past and it meets our requirements when visiting the area, convenient to train, bus and air travel. The staff have remained a constant offering assistance when required.

The service staff were extremely warm and friendly. Most of them could communicate in English. The breakfast was good. Shopping for last-minute personal items is very convenient as it is linked to the Migros supermarket.
