The breakfast, there wasn’t a variety in the breakfast. And although good salad options were available, they were placed right next to the meat dishes. This is unpleasant for guests who do not eat meat and negatively affects their dining experience. I urge you to reconsider the placement of vegetarian options

The pillow is too soft compared with other hotels. So please make sure you ask for a harder one if you prefer.

We love the architecture of the hotel both outside and inside. The room we stayed in was 416, which has a beautiful large balcony with a fabulous view of Davos town and the neighbourhood mountains. The room size is almost double in comparison with other hotel standard rooms. Large toilet, bathtub, and a separate shower. Everything in the fridge is free of charge. The pool is small but cute. The outdoor spar is an add-on. We love the location, and it's only a few minutes' walking distance to the beautiful Davoser lake, where you can take a walk around or do water sports. You can order mountain bikes directly at the hotel concierge desk.

We ate at least 2 meals everyday at the hotel in all the restaurants beside the vegetarian one as the hotel is far from town and requires traveling by car. In summary, the experience in all the restaurants (except La Muna) was well below expectations for this kind of an hotel. It provides very low value for money - all meals were extremely expensive, even in Swiss terms, for small boring portions with mediocre taste. Also very little variety in the Breakfast buffet.

Very nicely designed hotel, great facilities including a very nice heated pool and spa, very spacious and well equipped rooms. The service was always friendly and kind.

All small things: The bed was slightly uncomfortable for reading: It would push away from the wall when you sat with your back against it to read. The piped-in music in the restaurants was almost intolerable at times. It took a while to get comfortable with the light switches; Maybe a simple 1-page guide could be provided. Restaurant atelier VERT was really good food but with the presentations etc, it took too long.

Spa was great. We especially like the staff: Very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed all of our conversations and interactions with them. They were all great with our dog!

Location, customer service, great room and very efficient. My son burnt his hand on the toast making machine and staff immediately offered first aid and an ice pack. They even vacuum packed the ice bag so it didn’t leak when it melted. First class… also loved the ginger shots at breakfast.

Very disappointed with the food. We ordered in the bar as we had a dog. When the food arrived it was almost cold. The club sandwich was very poor and lacked fillings.

The room service - they are clean however it takes so long time to clean the room and you have to call them several times to ask them to clean the room. They are late to clean the room until 5:00 pm.

The space of the room and the place of the hotel so quite and amazing view. The best hotel in the city. I prefer that pets should be at that same level better rather than having them in different level.

We found breakfast a little expensive if not included in the room rate but that was mostly because we have fairly fussy children and they were charged the adults’ rate. The food was excellent though.

Lovely spacious rooms and the setting is fantastic, right by the lake in Davos with hiking/cycling trails nearby and easy access to town by (free!) public transport. The pool area is well designed. The hotel was fairly quiet when we visited which meant easy access to all the facilities.. All the members of staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. They even presented my husband with a cake on his birthday which was such a nice touch.
