We were hoping the restaurant would be open for dinner, that was a big disappointment to us as at the end of a long day, we would have liked to dine on the premisis.

The apartment was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. There was every thing we needed to be comfortalbe.

We stayed in an apartment without a view, but there’s plenty of outdoor seating throughout Zermatt that we didn’t spend much time in our room. When we did, it was a very pleasant stay in the room. Plenty of space and larger than any other hotel during our tour of Switzerland. Looked exactly like the pictures.

Location is best as we booked room which is directly facing Mattheron. We can view sunrise in our pyjamas. Highly recommended. Not to mention shuttle service is available.

A microwave, coffee machine and window blinds would be a perfect addition; No view, but it's to be expected for the price; Very dim ceiling lights, especially annoying in the kitchen; I found the mattress quite hard, and cushion not comfortable (down filling too thin).

I would prefer lighter duvet, it is quite hot in the rooms (in winter), without possibility to change the temperature, it was not comfortable to sleep under such heavy and warm duvet.

Our apartman was big and clean, staff was very friendly, nice breakfast with various choices. We could leave our luggage locked in the hotel before check-in and after check out and that was very helpful and pleasant! Hotel arranged our transport to and from the hotel to the train station for free, that is also very nice.

The kitchen had 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons etc. Very basic. Could use another kitchen towel or a drying rack for dishes or paper towels.Would be nice to have a few more options - cheese grater, soup ladle etc. It was sufficient for the 2 of us eating simple meals. A little farther from the ski bus that I was hoping for. Breakfast was very good, but monotonous - same cheese, bread, meat plate every day - gets a little old after 6 days.

Very clean. Quiet. Good size of the room and bathroom.We liked the ski boot dryer and the location of the ski room. Shuttle to the train station was a big plus. The staff was very helpful and polite. Maps of ski area available in the lobby.

The apt was on the second floor and there were a few flights of stairs and then an elevator to gain access. This was fine for our group but should be noted for anyone that has a problem doing stairs.

Had a 3 bedroom apt for a group ski trip. We had plenty of room and an incredible view of the mountain. Staff was friendly was a short walk to bus to gondola or train to mountain. Walk to mountain was possible but bus was easier.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Very roomy, great location. We were a short walk from ski rental, Sunnegga, bus stop, downtown, and dining. We would stay there again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Location was great! Just a few minutes from the Church in the center of Zermatt and less than 10 mins walk to Sunnegga station. We rented an apartment which was very spacious, modern and clean with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. We also took advantage of the half board option. The food was really delicious and the staff super friendly.

The distance to the Matterhorn express cable was a little far. So we had to bring our skis over, but we got a locker at the station overnight so we didn’t have to carry them back.

The service was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was cleaned daily. Size of studio and one bedroom apartment is spacious. The pick up to and from station was a big bonus.

This is a big one If you have issues with stairs call and get a room with no stairs To get to our building we has to clime 20+ steep stairs if icy or snow this could even be an issues if you are good with stairs Once in our building there is an elevator Once in your apartments it is beautiful and clean. Be aware there is quite a step to get out on the balcony (threshold). A major trip hazard. But the view is stunning
