Staff helpful and always ready to get the things done. From front desk to cleaners, everyone was wonderful.

The location was approachable with nice views....however if passes to roam across the city would have been given it would have been much better.

Passes not provided. I needed that. Other youth hostels in Grindelwald, interlaken and even in laussane do provide that

Great spaces, great staff, great breakfast, definitely clean. It’s a nice big spacious building. Location was really easy for public transport and just a nice spot in general. Free bag storage is very handy and helpful. Was only there for one night but I’d stay here again for sure if I come back to Zurich.

Power points are set in and only take a very specific and odd shaped plug. So I couldnt use my adapter and couldn’t charge anything.

Very clean, loved the retro styling, amazing breakfast included in price. Really good - exceeded our expectations.

The outside looks a little deceptive - it’s less attractive outside, but inside was very welcoming and the staff were fantastic.

The staff was amazingly disrespectful. He just ignored customer and kept talking to the other staff. I said hello but the ignorance was continued. I was going to make a complaint directly to the manager because I felt amazingly disrepectful of behavior he did. But I just didn’t want to waste my little energy for the stupid staff there. I’m pretty sure that you(The manager of Zurich Youth Hostel) can look up the staff if you guys at least check the work shift on 21th August around 19:40. I hope at least a little education for him should be occurrd. I have not seen anyone who is disrespectful and unmannered like him. If you’re the ones who are reading the comments and thinking about staying there, I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to waste your time and energy to stupid one.

For my first Hostel experience it really set the bar on what to expect from others. It was clean and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really couldn't ask for more
