A kettle in the room would have been nice, and the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.

The hotel is renovated, so everything feels fresh and clean. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the gondola station. Our room had a comfortable bed and a balcony with a beautiful view, which was a big plus. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise — lots of local products and homemade treats like pistachio cream, waffles, and blackberry cake. The staff (the lady) was kind and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. I also really appreciated the option to store luggage safely in the lockers, which was very convenient. Overall, I think this hotel offers the best quality-to-price ratio in Fiesch. Highly recommended!

The place is amazing with view of alps and Matterhorn. Staff was very kind and helpful. They even warmed sauna for us when we came from hike the day we had already checked out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The owners were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our experience even better. From providing us with slippers when we didn’t have proper shoes as we were skiing to giving us valuable information about our planned route, their attention to detail was truly appreciated. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Room was too cold, supplementary blankets were needed. A bit noisy with small kids in neighbouring rooms. Our room had a small window. Single beds which shift away from each other, not ideal for a couple. There should be a way to hold beds/mattresses together.

Very generous breakfast, lots of different local cheese varieties. Restaurant serving a nice variety of vegetarian dishes. Pleasant dining room with good views. Soft but surprisingly comfy mattresses' Lovely personnel, attentive service. Ski to door, 3 min on foot from cable car station. Practical heated ski room accessible with lift... Some views from the room. Good value for money. Very quiet, less "traffic" than in Bettmeralp. Good skiing in the Fiescheralp area, pistes a bit more difficult/satisfying than in Bettmer/Riederalp.

Nothing really. While breakfast hours (from 8am) were later than we are used to, we were on vacation, so we just learned to slow down and roll with it.

The hotel is very well located, steps from the gondola station and hiking trails, with wonderful views of the valley and mountains from our room and balcony. Could not have wished for a better place to sit and relax with the sound of cow bells. Fiescheralp is very quiet, and that's exactly what we were hoping for. The breakfast buffet offered excellent options, both salty and sweet, to fuel up for the day. We did not have full meals in the restaurant, but the drinks and desserts were really good. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and responsive to guest requests.
