United StatesMy room faced the Jungfrau which, unfortunately, was covered in clouds. However, it was wonderful to sleep at 40 degrees with the doors to the patio open - fresh air and wonderful ambiance. Breakfast was excellent with many offerings and coffee was served by staff to order. Lunch of Roesti with bacon and egg was delicious. I would recommend and stay there again!

United StatesThere is no coffee or tea pot in the room. None in the lobby either. They do have breakfast but would love it in the room. The beds are very hard. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The bathroom also did t have enough body wash and the room was hot and stuffy
We loved the location. It’s fairly close from the train station coming in and out of town. Very close to the other gondola’s to other areas on the mountain. It’s quiet as well. Loved that!

NetherlandsThe service in the restaurant for breakfast was not good. We requested gluten free bread for two people two weeks in advance, and then reminded every day while we were there. And for the last breakfast they told us they only have one bun left… they also took 20 min to bring GF bread to us. And we had to chase them to ask for coffee.
The view is absolutely stunning! The apartment we stayed in had plenty of space 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.

An absolutely wonderful hotel — not just because of its great location, cleanliness, and stunning views from the windows, but above all because of its highly professional staff. I experienced the fastest check-in of my entire travel career: I simply said my name, and I was handed the room key — no prepayment, no passport number check, no forms to fill out, no credit card details. This immediately created a wow effect, and everything else lived up to that first impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the staff — you are truly amazing!

United StatesOur room didn’t have a balcony - but have nice views of hillside -children ski school slopes and cows in the distance. No mini fridge or coffee/tea maker in the room. No A/C but not needed for us. Slept with widows open- cool mountain air at night. No fans in room. Outdated shower with shower curtain - no rain shower head and dated basic room decor. Bed- our two twin beds were pushed together but had wheels on them so wife fell into gap a few times.
Location - very quiet off the main street. 5-10 min walking distance from both stations- train station and the gondola station. Great base for hiking and visiting Piz Gloria/Gimmelwald. Easy walking distance to everything. Elevator. Breakfast is good with nice variety. Switzerland charm. Value- No frills. Clean

This is my favorite hotel in Murren. Staff is always super friendly--can drop or leave your luggage to go hike. They even prepared a boxed lunch for us on the day we checked out because we were leaving at 5am. We slept amazingly well here. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of meats/cheeses, eggs and bacon, yogurt, etc. The room was big enough with great views. Hot shower, good wifi, huge lounge room to do work with great views, nice patio for drinks and snacks. Thanks for another great stay!

United StatesGetting to Mürren is a bit involved from Lauterbrunnnen. You need to do a couple of transfers in the gondola and cogwheel.
The location. Every bedroom in the 3 bedroom apartment had amazing panoramic views of the mountains. The kitchen was stocked well and almost everything.

SwitzerlandThe price is too high. The bathroom can barely fit an adult, the room is small and you have to sit sideways on the balcony because it’s so tiny. For that price tag the hotel offers no amenities, reading the description I was under the impression that we have access to a wellness center / spa. But you have to pay extra. Overall for the value doesn’t match the price at all.
The view and location are amazing. The staff is great.
