It could use one extra fan for the living room to deal with the summer heat. Apart from that it was all excellent.

It was an excellent apartment at a very good location. Excellent views of the Jangfrau mountains and an absolutely brilliant terrace. It also has a lovely pub downstairs. The hosts are excellent and very lovely people.

Couldn't find a freezer, but everything else was perfect.

Lots of space, including wonderful outdoor space overlooking the lake and mountains. Big kitchen, everything worked perfectly. No issues whatsoever.

All beds were uncomfortable and extremely soft. 1 of the group suffers from bad back and this made is worse the property had a strong smell of cigarettes, possibly the previous occupants were smoking inside.

The apartments are in a nice location. The large spacious living room is a pleasant space to stay in. The host was very welcoming, always interested and immediately resolved any issues.

Stunning view and great apartment! We loved our stay, the view, the fireplace and the cow bells were 5 stars! Wilderswil is beautiful and had everything we needed within a short, gorgeous walk. The buses and trains were very easy to navigate. We utilised the kitchen which had everything we needed and coffee machine was a great bonus. We didn't want to leave, we stayed 3 nights but it felt longer because of how relaxed and at home we felt. Salome went above and beyond in helping us report a lost item that we left on the train (after we'd already checked out). The help was much appreciated and we highly recommend staying here. The landlord is very enthusiastic and helps us solve problems. The view is great,the location of the house is also very good, and it takes only ten minutes to reach the train station.

We are regular travelers. Given the price, i think it's not unreasonable to expect some basic stuff like tissue box, microwave, USB charging ports, etc. We had to work around these ourselves. It would be nice to have more towels, and bed/pillow/mattress are little too soft for us.

- Great location (the bus stop is literally at the exit of the building) - Unbeatable view (can see Jungfrau from the dining table, very easily) - Large space (more than enough for us - family of 4) - Free Netflix account, and large TV. - Host is very responsive - checkout process is easy.

Strong smoke smell travelled up from downstairs apartment. The apartment needed airing out and then it was fine.

There is only one very small bathroom and one small toilet. Both would benefit from being renovated (the tiling and furniture appears to be 1980s style). The tabletop in the kitchen would benefit from being replaced as it heavily worn. There is no microwave oven.

Nice location for excursions in the Bernese Oberland. Spacious apartment with large communal room and good-sized kitchen.

The views are not open but rather restricted on the terrace, you can only see the mountains through a small gap between the roof and the wall. I was so disappointed and angry because when we arrived the apartment was so warm despite all the heaters being off. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. After complaining to the landlord, Salome, mentioned to me that they do have fans that they only remove during Summer. But if the guests are already facing the heat in Spring, I failed to understand why would you not provide the fans to have a good stay? The only rescue we had that night was opening the windows which welcomed all sorts of bugs and insects so we had to shut it back. The first night we barely slept and had a very grumpy start to the next day. All we needed was good sleep😞!! Another annoyance - The Terrible shower handle that kept falling and the bathtub in the shower is quite slippery and not advisable for families with older people. No help was provided to use the washing machine as well which was also very upsetting. Like if you are in the service business of offering your apartment please also learn to be a good host.
