Great place to stay in wilderswill. Very near to station. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast good. Booked the basic room which was on the small side but had everything we needed for 2 nights and good value for Switzerland. Free parking was also a bonus.

Staff very friendly and helpful, a beautiful and practical setting with a view on the Jungfrau, close to both valleys giving access to the Jungfraujoch and hiking as well as close to Interlaken!

Probably not necessary in normal weather, the absence of air conditioning was felt when temperatures hit 34 degrees during an exceptional heatwave.

A very clean, comfortable and reasonable hotel, close to the railway station and town. Rooms are roomy, with good standard of decoration and efficient bathroom attached. Elevator was welcome. Outstanding breakfast buffet.

Room was really small and very uncomfortable. Tv was located in the wrong direction and bathroom was so tiny that they had to locate the sink in the bedroom .

Location was great. Two minutes walk from the train station to Interlaken . In addition, the hotel gives free tickets for public transportation to Interlaken back and forth. Breakfast was good and so was dinner .

If anything needed in the room we need to go down to reception and get it . There was no intercom .

Basic hotel but very clean, comfortable and quiet. In an excellent location for using public transport (train/bus) to explore the Jungfrau region.

The breakfast was okay with limited options, did not meet my expectation for 'exceptional breakfast'.

I really like the room, it was really clean and quiet. The ceiling light gave me hope every morning that day would be a sunny day, and I enjoyed the mountain view from the balcony a lot! The location is gold since it is so convenient to hop on the trains.

They should place room air fresheners. Because if the room is closed for too long, there is unpleasant aroma.

Personal touch on everything. Staff are very helpful. Great room with a view. When it rained the reception recommended two places which were so fantastic. They made an effort to explain transport etc. Person at breakfast was so cheerful it lighted up entire day!

Bathroom was small .. not a big deal but bit challenging to manoeuvre. But we got there. Otherwise extremely comfy spot.

Lovely little hotel in a nice quiet and relaxing area. Loved the serenity and looking out over the countryside hearing the cows with bells and the views of the Alps. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast to get you going for the day. Lovely to have the balcony. Short walk to station. And great to have a lift.
