Very little to be honest, we did struggle with parking sometimes as the restaurant is open to public also it always managed to park late on if it was a struggle- the only down side.

Location and Switzerland 🇨🇭- what a great combination. Sat across from the lake, the room had a lake view, was spacious and comfortable with a traditional feel. We were able to just jump in the car and explore some amazing places and head out but if you wanted local transport the train was a 2-minute walk and it was very quiet at the hotel. The restaurant was great and we ate there both mornings and evening, it's a great location to get to so many of the sights. Really great stay..Thank you Lee and Katja.

Flies in Summer

The flies were unbearable and so unhygeinic we could not understand why this was acceptable.You have so many products to get rid of flies and no measures were put in place.You cannot charge so much for this.

Seriously a fly issue with flies all over the Breads at Breakfast and so many over our Dinner meals.No efford was made to get rid of the flies.There is so many Products on the market to keep flies away and because we are paying so much money it made it very unpleasent and very unhygeinic.On this basis you would think a part refund would be in order.

Not a dislike - just we stayed on a Tuesday night, and the restaurant at the accommodation is closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday, as a result the hotel was extremely quiet that evening. Would have enjoyed a bit more atmosphere around the place.

Beautiful stay over looking Lake Lungern. Extremely calm and relaxing. Beautiful views of the mountains and green countryside from our room. Continental breakfast was simple but lovely. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

It was hard to get into our room without staff. The key we received in the key box would not give us access to the building we needed to get to our room. We could access the second building but not the one above the restaurant. Thankfully, as we were walking around trying to get in, we ran into a worker who was able to open the reception door that led to our room. If he was not there, we would have been stuck outside. I tried contacting the number provided but no one answered. We also ran into another couple whose key got stuck in the key box and had to bang on it for it to release. Not an easy experience to get to our room and would not recommend arriving without any staff there.

The code for the key box was sent by email in German language so I did not notice it and was waiting outside the place for about 2 hours unnecessarily.

It is just 100 metres from Kaiserstuhl OW station from where you can get a train in either direction every hour. Lake view is fantastic. Small town to take a leisurely walk. Very relaxing area.

I would have loved to have a screen on the window and balcony door so you could open it without bugs coming in.

What a cozy little spot to relax and enjoy and you can even hear the cow bells on the hillside off in the distance. Great spot for overnight on our trip through Switzerland

Location is exceptionally great. Family room was really capacious overlooking an amazing view of the lake. Food was really nice.

Our room did not look like the picture at all. In the picture, it was advertised as having a balcony and being spacious. The room itself felt tiny. The restaurant menu is very minimal and pricey.

The view is amazing! We had a room facing towards the lake and it was absoutely beautiful. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

The facilities are a bit old (nevertheless well functioning); the hotel is right next to a main road, so it’s quite noisy

It is no lift in the hotel.

It is very nice small hotel near the lake. The place also near the main road and in the first moment you think , that it is can be problem, but it not disturb. The hotel stay on the lake, but the beach is about 5 minutes walk.
