The bathrooms do require updating as it is challenging to get in / out of the showers via the bath tub but we coped but older people may struggle or risk a fall. Breakfast was included in the stay which on 2 out of 3 occasions was good but on the Sunday an hour before breakfast service was due to finish everything was gone ! No hot food left, no bread or bakery items, we were told that more was coming buy after 20 minutes of waiting we had to go catch our train.

This is a comfortable hotel in a great location walking distance from Interlaken west train station. Accommodation is in good sized rooms that are both very clean and comfortable.

Had a room with a very nice view. Guest staff was very friendly and check in easy. This is an ideal location for visiting Interlaken and a good value. Walkable to the Interlaken West train station.

The price per night feels too high but that is probably par for the course in interlaken. The showers are also extremely high, so be careful.

The view from the room, the spacious room, the equipped bathroom (even though we hardly used the equipment), the location. The coffee machine was good! And the cleaning lady was fantastic!

The Cleanliness part was not in top shape, found hairs on the bathtub and the floor in the bathroom, also on the throw pillow that was on the bed.

Central, close to eateries and transportation, prompt and very friendly staff, enjoyed the free breakfast that was included.

Rooms are not soundproof. You could hear doors banging on other rooms. The smell of the room also, it smelled like wet old wood that did not dry up properly.

Location was very good. Breakfast is normal. Room was spacious. Bed was too soft though. Plus points for having a mini fridge.

Good selection of healthy breakfast. The staff was considerate and stopped the renovation work of the next door when we were in our room. Close to the west train station and shops. Cozy room.

The mattress is too soft and slightly sunk from long-time use. This caused slight backache for elder people.

The location is excellent, close to Interlaken West Train station, Coop supermarket, restaurants, The room size is adequate for 2 persons. The breakfast selection is nice but they are the same everyday. It would be better if some of the breakfast menu changed.

Excellent property with everything you need at stone’s throw away. Very well located with a number of restaurants and eating outlets within walking distance. Supermarket is right next door. Decent breakfast and a nice bar. Rooms are very clean.

Pillow very soft, can't get use to it.

Location was good. 3 min walk to bus and train station. Staff was helpful, she allow me to leave the luggage at the hotel till 3pm after checkout.
