Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel closed at 10pm, we came back from Jazz concert to locked doors and lights out Hotel very dated, needs a facelift and breakfast left a little to be desired

I wasn't shown around the hotel when I arrived
Room - clean, equipped and quiet. Breakfast - not great service, took the lunch pack instead the next day. Location - perfect.

Rooms were quite small. The shower room was smaller even. No balcony. There were a few flies in the room.

It was a bit expensive in my opinion.
The breakfast was very complete, super easy to access the ski lift from the hotel. The location of the hotel is super!

Standard simple rooms that you can expect. Value for money and we got a connection room with 2 rooms close by. This gave us an exclusive area just for us to chill outside our room with connected balcony etc. lovely and wonderful staff who were pleasant and helpful.

The room was comfortable enough and the shower worked, but it was bland, brown and grey and had 0 charm. It was dated and minimally furnished and a bit old.
Good location, room served its purpose (and the size was ok for one night, everything worked). Good breakfast with a good selection. Very nice staff + late check-in was possible.

The location is perfect. The staff was so amicable and helpful. I forgot to mention gluten intolerances for my son but they immediately gave me a solution and it all worked out well. Pool section is also good

Restaurant ,according to our expectations still after many years did not improve. No coordination between staff/waiters and the kitchen... requist simple things like a good rosti extra, no big deal in our point of view. Impossible and according the reaction, not wanted...

The rooms and pool/sauna really need an update. It all feels worn out.
Hotel is in the center of Lenk, so ski areas are nearby. On-site parking available, which is convenient. Staff is very friendly.

Brilliant location.We had a lovely room with snow capped mountain view from all directions.The staff were very friendly and helpful and guided us on the right bus to go up the mountains. The breakfast was freshly cooked for you as well as continental.The beds were very comfy. The location in Lenk down a valley,access by local train, is a little gem.Besides the train ,there are 5 buses running a frequent service up in to the mountain to waterfalls,chalets restaurants,and many walks.We wish we could have stayed longer. We ate each night in the hotel restaurant where the choose of food was good and all freshly cooked.

The room was very large and comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and sauna. The food in the evening was very good as was breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The toilet pipes are all interconnected so the WHOLE night you can hear every toilet flushing! The hearing got turned off ( I’m guessing to save money and cutting corners) For what it it and what the hotel has to offer, the establishment is extremely expensive.
