Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Switzerland- Bathroom door and aeratation in the room was quite loud (difficult to close/open it without making too much noise). Not ideal in a open space shared flat. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only exception was the waitress during dinner.
Recommend it for a break in the mountains. Very nice apartment, great food and close to different ski areas.

Stunning location with amazing views, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the minute we arrived, they helped with parking, the room was spotlessly clean, and very spacious, the top floor balcony gave us an even better vantage point. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice..

Hotel was in great location for my onward trip down the Lukmanier pass and forward into Italy. My second time staying there and it was as good if not better than I remembered. Owner and staff very friendly. Breakfast superb and restaurant serving lovely food in the evening. Everything about the place is modern and spotlessly clean. Great value for the area.

SwitzerlandWe loved everything about our stay! We had room 33 on the top floor it was newly done and soooo cozy! The beds were amazing! Only the ventilation in the bathroom was annoying as it turned on almost immediately and was really loud... The breakfast was so good - Jackie did some scrambled eggs that were even better than the ones my husband does at home ;) The coffee for breakfast was a real one (not milk- and coffee-powder). Thank you, guys!

We stayed in the apartment which are behind the main restaurant and hotel rooms. The apartment was well furnished with modern amenities and awesome views. The owners were very warm and welcoming and went our of their way to make our stay very comfortable. We stayed for one night as a stopover and wish we had a few more days to spend here.
