Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicIt was declared that wi-fi was available. However, there was no wi-fi in the room. I chose the accommodation based on its availability! So it was a false advertisement.

United KingdomCould've done with more pillows and there's no personal temperature control in the rooms so you just open the window when it gets too hot. I get the whole 'no screens no WiFi' thing but I think they just struggled to create a network and went with it. Don't need a TV WiFi would've been nice.
Staff excellent as is the location. Appreciated the free coffee downstairs and croissants in the morning. Place itself is nicely decorated and feels very modern by swiss standards.

TurkeyThere was no wifi in the rooms. Also, the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms was a bit of a problem, especially for hot summer days.
Just next to the bus stop, and also there is a river really close to hotel. The staffs were very kind. There was free coffee, tea and croissant in the lobby. We also loved the bar, since we came across Euro 2024, they had a huge screen for match nights. They also offered us a better room since the hotel was not very full.

United KingdomDishwasher was not cleaning properly. A welcome pack would be a great idea with breakfast essentials. Perhaps also some fruit & a bottle of wine, which wouldn’t cost much but would add to the experience. Also, I think a member of staff should show guests to their room or apartment. Staff friendly but a little bit young & unprofessional.
Fantastic location, superb food & different bars/restaurants serving amazing, delicious food within the hotel complex

SwitzerlandThe property a getting old and sometimes in the room it stinks. As well I had 2 different rooms (other reservation) and on one of them I was freezing even if the heater was at the highest level. If you wish to have a TV you won’t find any. This is not a big deal but a bit surprising nowadays. As well the WiFi in the room is not working so you need to go to the lobby. If you need to work this is not very comfortable. At the end all those points didn’t make me feel having a bad stay and I would return to the hotel in any case.
The property is very well located, pleasant atmosphere and clean. Breakfast Buffet is very nice and it is very cool to be able to have coffee and tea the entire day for free. The pizza at the bar are one of the best I hate in Switzerland. Beds are very confortable.

SwitzerlandThe ski room needs a little improvement. As soon as you come late from the slopes - all the slots for drying the shoes will most probably be taken.
The location was good - 100m from the ski bus stop. Also there are a lot of restaurants in the walking distance as well as several rental shops. The facilities are well maintained and organized. And in general the hotel is really cosy.

SwitzerlandThe room was very big, clean and also the bathroom was great! The breakfast buffet was excellent. It even had some coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit and oat milk. I very much appreciated this. The parking slot was quite crowded but we found a place for our car. Online check in/out worked very well so everything was uncomplicated and at our convenience.

SwitzerlandOur room would have missed a bedside table and a chair, maybe. And the bathroom was quite old, but clean.
The lounge area in the hotel is great for spending the evening and the location in the center of Lenzerheide is great for starting some hiking trips. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat dinner, also. The view from the room towards Lenzerhorn is great 😁.

BulgariaI think the whole “concept” of no WiFi is just because it would be too expensive to install in this sprawling old building. It just forces you to either use your mobile data in the room or sit in the lobby to go online. It’s definitely a big turn-off for foreign tourists especially. Another big issue was in the Kurhaus Bar, where we ordered 3 pizzas, where one arrived with the wonderful inclusion of a dead, cooked fly. I do appreciate that the staff offered us a free dessert as an apology, which was nice. There were also some coupons for “free” stuff, but they all have very specific requirements. For example: you get a free beer, but can only get it at a specific time from the little street bar and drink it only there. You can’t take it to the Kurhaus Bar, which is literally 5 meters away.
The hotel has an interesting atmosphere and is comfortable. We had booked two single rooms, but decided it would be better to upgrade to an apartment at the last moment, for which the staff helped us quickly and professionally. We chose to not have breakfast included, but there are still free coffee and croissants in the lobby for everyone to enjoy.

United StatesWifi in the room would've been nice. We managed fine and had decent phone signal, but I don't need a hotel deciding how I spend my time.
This is a funky hotel. It is a grand old building with simple, but nice rooms. The hotel wants to promote social interaction, so there is no wifi or tv in rooms. There is a large lobby with coffee and chairs and pool table. Appeals to a younger clientele. The bar does a great pizza. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking is close by.

Singaporethe rooms didn’t have blackout curtains. I had to use a hair clip to try securing the gaps. it wasn’t obvious until we checked in that there was no wifi in the rooms. service is erratic with only one person on duty, despite his best efforts there was occasionally a line of people waiting for service. there were also limited dining options. while there were 3 restaurants on site, one was a bar which only served pizza for dinner and the main salle restaurant was closed for a wedding which left my young son and I with only a tapas restaurant as an option, which really wasn’t idea.
Beautiful building and stylish design spaces. Kurhaus had very spacious rooms, with big balconies (ours had a great view of the mountain) artistically pleasing wall decor, comfortable bedding

United KingdomThat our stay was a one nighter. :(
Hotel was quiet but then again it was end of May and pretty out of season. I imagine it livens up in the winter, might explain the swing in the foyer... unusual. A large room with comfortable bed. No TV but am not sure whether that is a plus or minus. Great buffet breakfast and proper pizza at the bar in the evening which have a friendly staff. Great lounge with a small library, boardgames and pool table.
