It's a bit of a steep climb up from the train station but that's a small price to pay for the amazing views.

Incredible views, the friendliest host, and even a pet turtle. We travelled as a family of four and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No air conditioning which was the biggest downside for us as we had very hot days. You have to climb high stairs to get to the house so I would not recommend it for everyone .

Location is good, near to bus stop and train station, easy access to the promenade etc. But it’s a hike up to the property, not easy with elderly parents and heavy luggages.

Even 9-10 c temperature the house become so hot. I dont know why. Even open window couldn’t cool it down.

The location and the view from the house is awsome. Great value of money. The host lady is very friendly and kind hearted. She response immediately for anything.

Unfortunately, I met the next-door guests who complained about my kids making noise in the night, but actually is in the early morning, my kids woke up early due to jet lag. I try to reduce this happen by bringing my kids go out in the morning. By 3rd day, we are not making any noise, but that person locked the door when we are back from outside, making us stand outside in the cold with my kids sleeping in my arm. I think it should be understanding when you go travel, we are not purposely making the noise, we came from different country, and my country is 7hrs ahead switzerland so need time to adjust especially for the kids.

It's a beautiful place if you are travel light. When there are kids and big luggage, it will be challenging to climb up the narrow steps.

I didn’t realise we were sharing a bathroom and kitchen. There are other rooms that are non sharing I obviously selected the wrong one so just double check when you book. The stairs to reach the property are very steep, if you have large suitcases it would be difficult to drag them up to the apartment.

Claudine was extremely helpful. If you have a car, organise parking with Claudine as there is very limited street parking. Room was a good size, with a stunning view.

Unfortunately the wi-fi didn't work in the room and in the other divisions was also really poor.

The property is located at 5 min walking from the train station and very close to the center of the village. The view from the room was facing the lake which was absolutely perfect.

The accommodation was right next to the train line which ran late at night and early in the morning. Shared bathroom. Steep climb up stairs from railway station.

The accommodation was located close to the Montreux train station, the room was large and comfortable. Claudine was very welcoming and a lovely host.

Overall for the price and view it was brilliant and suited us well. Children loved the cats. Shared bathroom small and quite old but this was outweighed by the pros.

Difficult to locate the property. The location on booking.com isn't the true location. Took me 20 minutes to properly find with the hell of a local that lived on the same street. Even he struggled to find it. Shared kitchen facilities too.

Absolutely stunning view. I genuinely can't imagine a better view in the whole or Montreux. Friendly owner who introduced us to her animals.

Have to climb more than 50 steps from the road to reach the home. Very difficult to reach if you have big luggage.

Parking was difficult, though they were very accommodating. And there were a lot of steps, which was somewhat challenging for my elderly mother-in-law. But it was beautiful and the people there were wonderful. Just be aware that it is fairly steep and there are a lot of steps, and make sure that your party can handle that.

Place does not have a direct road access to the main door. From the road it is a steep climb over several external steps up the hill trrough the garden path to get to the house. If you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this is definitely not the place for you. The kitchen is shared, not attached to the room. The bathroom in our room looked like a later modification and was very tiny and cramped. However if you dont have an issue with the above, the view is really amazing.

It is quite a bit of up-hill walking to reach the apartment. Exiting from the apartment needs to be extra careful as it is just next to road.
