TunisiaWe only stayed one night in two separate rooms. Although our reservation was made well in advance, when we reached, the rooms we were presented did not correspond to our reservation. The reception agent was unpleasant, insisting he had the correct information, until I produced a written copy of our reservation that clearly confirmed our exact room configurations. This episode was disappointing as there was clearly some degree of bad faith on his part, in addition to a less than welcoming attitude in general.
The facilities were excellent, comfortable and squeaky clean rooms. We did not have any meals there as we were there to visit friends in Rolle.

HungaryVery cute hotel with everything what you need, it was clean we had nice breakfast in the room with very affordable prices. There was a balcony and we were impressed with the size of the room :-) It s quiet big. We usually stay at movenpick ouchy but last time the staff there was so rude that we won't go back. Novotel has everything you need and very nice staff the only thing is that you need car to stay there to be very comfortable which we always have. We found our new favorite place. SwitzerlandThe location is not ideal for vacationers - quite far from the city centre and there’s usually traffic. The garden is small, the pool is small (but hey, it exists), and you do hear noise from the nearby street. Also, parking is available, but the charging station is like a Tesla convention - lots of drivers sitting and waiting, which can be annoying. If you drive electric, prepare to queue.
Great surprise! The hotel offers fantastic service, and the cuisine is absolutely worth mentioning. We stayed several nights and enjoyed every single dinner — compliments to the chef, really. The team in the restaurant was also professional and friendly every evening. The overall atmosphere is positive, and the staff seem genuinely motivated. A special shoutout to the young guy at reception — I forgot his name, but he's clearly passionate (even manages their Instagram!) and gave the place real personality. I’d definitely come back, and that’s my best recommendation.

United KingdomMountain View now totally removed from the bar, terrace and dining room by new development to the north, commercial nature of venue makes it extremely busy from time to time, this time it was terrible, and nothing annoys me more than a petrol car parked on an EV space - totally thoughtless - no excuse. Tesla chargers have removed parking spaces for a very busy hotel, and there is little to no visible parking management. Won’t be visiting again..
Been visiting this hotel for 30 years, always charmed by the views, and the location is so convenient for Swiss travel, it has always been my primary destination and a personal gateway into Switzerland. EV charging is now a perfect addition, the hotel is and has always been clean and well kept, staff have always been first class, the young man on reception on this occasion, was not the best… more training required…

GermanyI find it absolutely cheeky if I don't receive an invoice from the reception staff! Only days later, through the intervention of the Booking. Com Dame I received my bill. And the guy at reception can only speak French from one moment to the next is absolutely the worst thing I've ever experienced. For me as a frequent traveler absolutely not a recommendable address!
