Peaceful place in the middle of a calm neighborhood.

All good if you want to stay in this area of the city.

Quiet location in a cute park; 24h access with key card; friendly staff; bigger park and lake in walking distance

The bathroom for our room was ridiculously tiny and is not shown in any of the pictures. It is essentially the size of a small wardrobe. If you are even slightly on the larger side you probably won't fit.

+ Not expensive. + Good location (bus and tram stops close-by, and even a train station ~8mins away). + Nice staff.

    - Not clean (spider webs + multiple spiders, dust, even saw a roach on my first minute of arrival). It is not a light regular dusting my room needed : you NEED to deep clean from time to time as well ... - Window wasn't closing fully. - Mattress was very soft.

What a beautiful, charming hotel. A real gem set in beautiful parklands. The room was very large with high ceilings and a separate shower and wc/sink. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable Breakfast was straightforward and just what we needed to start the day. We were in Geneva in the extreme heat and it was wonderful to be able to sit out in the shade under the trees and gaze at the wonderful grounds All the team we met were very friendly and welcoming The rooms are relatively without frills but you know this when you book and it is exceptional value for money. It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful old house with a huge amount of character

There was nothing we didn’t like. We knew the hotel was fairly simple and we expected that, so value for money was excellent in the midst of such an expensive city.

The Hotel is in a very quiet location, the grass lawn in front of the hotel is very spacious. The ultimate attraction for me was the sheer abundance of large majestic trees on the site of the hotel grounds. The whole surrounding area is very tranquil and peaceful making the hotel surrounds very relaxing and peaceful; just the perfect atmosphere for people who have been on the move and need time to unwind. Equally as surprising is the nearest public bus stop for a ride into town is on a main road only a 2 minutes walk from the front entrance of the hotel. It's simply the best of both worlds !

Not much. The price was expensive but all places in downtown Geneva were expensive due to a precision engineering conference/expo in the city at the time. It would be good to come here in more normal circumstances. If I stop at Geneva again, I'll be staying here for sure.

The room was booked at the last minute and was 1 of 4 hotels available in the whole of Geneva. The welcome we received at 9pm from Carl was just what we needed. We were distressed about losing our original reservation at a different location. Carl was so kind and caring for us in that situation. Not only that, he realized how upset and stressed we were as we had suddenly ended up with no room and Geneva was completely booked out. Carl brought us a bottle of wine and a basket with fresh fruits which made us feel so welcome. Our room was fantastic and in the morning in daylight we realized that this hotel sits in an absolutely beautiful location with very easy access by bus to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay very much and were humbled by the kindness we received from Carl and on other days by the lady at reception.

The property is located in a park so it’s silent and surrounded by trees. There is plenty of parking free of charge.

The breakfast is nothing to write home about !!! It’s really not worth having…
