Good, good location with 10 min walk (up the main street) from the train station. Accommodation has old world charm, with roof top area, view is absolutely beautiful! Great breakfast and you can choose drink vouchers instead of housekeeping. Staff very accommodating and friendly

Construction site right outside of our room, so we couldn’t open the window at all because of the noise and dust. No air con and it was quite hot when we were there.

Conveniently located Equipped with an elevator. Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of coffees, pastries, fresh fruit, ham etc.

Staff-very friendly. The room was small, but it was for a single person. Breakfast-OK. There is a terrace on the rooftop-with view to Matterhorn. If you are up to hiking, the personnel can give you good advice.

Small room in a small hotel, but that is not a complain, it was just perfect :) Very nice, clean room with friendly staff. Hotel is near the centre but not directly on the main street, so it is quiet enough. Extra bonus is the rooftop terrace were you can sit down with your dring and enjoy the view on Matterhorn.

The room was good for our short stay. Although it was a hike up a hill to get to it, the location was great. The breakfast was good with a large assortment of breakfast foods. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

On the second night, there was no hot water for showering. The front desk staff tried to fix it, and later that evening, hot water became available again.

The breakfast was nice, with bread, yogurt, cheese, and ham. The coffee was very tasty. Helpful staff.

Zermatt is VERY EXPENSIVE and crowded. Very " Touristy" behavior. Rudeness, standing in front of you taking selfies during street performances. Major construction EVERYWHERE - Cranes an jackhammer at work all around. This is Zermatt - the Petit Charm was not at fault at all. Hotel was great

Claudia (Reception) was very cheerful and informative. Room was clean and comfy. Rooftop sitting area with an Awesome view of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast. Bar was quaint and quiet. Very short easy walk to everything in Zermatt Village in the most quaint and oldest part of town. The other Hotel areas were newer but looked like Disneyworld

My teenage daughter and I spent 2 nights at Le Petit Charme Inn in July 25. The location was great. Within easy reach from the train station and all interesting places. The room was comfortable for both of us. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Would definitely come back.

There is a short period of time when no hot water is available.
